Miserable conditions (especially the woman with an Eastern European accent) cannot be surpassed by unfriendliness. The chef yelled at me when I gave feedback. Food: the smallest breaded schnitzel I've ever eaten in my life, totally over-salted fries (cold leftovers) and cold, overcooked vegetables. I'm used to a different standard from SVV service. I never want to be served by an unfriendly Eastern Bloc employee again, the Latin American employees do it much better and much warmer with definitely more charisma than the cold Swiss and Eastern Europeans or Russians.
