Well-kept, traditional, beautifully located, unfortunately the menu is medieval: everything for carnivores, nothing vegetarian for animal-friendly, nature-friendly, sustainably-minded people... When does “good middle class” actually become “bad middle class” in the (still) beautiful country? ;-D

Here you don't just eat well, you don't just feel good here, you don't just receive top service here... everything is simply GOOD here. The playground for the children is almost a chilbi 😀. A destination for the whole family. Outside in nature... pure relaxation!

We were there for the first time today and we were really impressed. Not only was the service very friendly, the sausage/cheese salad was the best we've ever had. Furthermore, it is simply wonderfully idyllic there, we were even able to observe a small family of deer while we ate. Overall a great experience, we will definitely be back!!! 🤩

As a local, I was there for the first time. I was so surprised. The landlady impressed with an extremely honest, friendly manner, the cook, who asked whether the food was good and he was allowed to do so, was very tasty. In wonderful weather we enjoyed it on the terrace with a fantastic view of our beautiful nature. A visit that is definitely worth it. I'm looking forward to the game season, which I'll definitely enjoy. Thank you, this is gastronomy at a loving level. 👍 Keep fighting and don't give up.

Wonderfully beautiful chapel. Got married there 3 years ago. The new restaurant is also a really nice, cozy place. The food is also very good there. The whole staff is very, very friendly. It's really clicky to miss.

One star for the great playground and the beautiful location. Unfortunately the service was catastrophic. We were only served when we changed seats, we weren't offered a child seat, we had to get ketchup ourselves and in the end we waited 15 minutes until we could pay.

The Kapelle Schwendenen restaurant is finally back. This evening we had our first camper dinner at the Lendi’s. Great welcome, super motivated and warm hostess Vroni! Had fish crispy and a cream schnitzel with noodles, followed by a mixed salad. We also have a half of white, water, then a coffee and some Verdauerli. Great idyllic place, great host, can only recommend coming here and will do so again soon. Maybe by bike from Niederurnen over the Rossweidhöchi and back home ;-)
