Best pizza in the Furttal. The service was very friendly, especially the lady who always had a smile. We occasionally come for lunch and have always had very tasty dishes. Pizza Tonno is my recommendation

We were once again very positively surprised by the restaurant's cuisine today. The cooking here is really good! Excellent Cordon Bleus, pizzas also quite okay! Nothing spectacular - but rock solid and as I said, really tasty 🤩 Will come back regularly..

The hotel is conveniently located within a very short walking distance to the bus stop in a peaceful neighbourhood . We had booked a suite no 205 which was clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom. The wifi connection provided was very good. The breakfast served is good although a change in the menu would be welcome. The food in their restaurant is very tasty and service is quick with a smile. The ambience is warm and cosy. The hotel staff are very courteous, polite, amicable, and very resourceful. I read a few reviews which mention that finding a cab here is difficult. We booked an Uber on three occasions and they all arrived within no time. Besides, as I mentioned, the bus stop is a short walk away. The best part is my daughter got ready as a bride in our room for her wedding held recently!! Zur Au will always hold a special place in our hearts! We would love to visit again and stay in Zur Au! Auf wiedersehen, we leave back home to Mumbai, India with beautiful memories of our stay here!!

A good restaurant to come for dinner

We ended up here during our cycling holiday because there were no campsites nearby. Great hotel for one night.

Rooms fine with too many stairs. Confused about breakfast, opened late. Fine dining in restaurant but calling a cab nightmare. Two did not show so turkish chauffeur took me.

Went for an aperitif, the service was a bit chaotic, but otherwise ok 👌 🥂

Decent hotel, good bedding, clean room, bathroom needs a refresh, old tiles but in order

We had dinner in the restaurant. The service was courteous and informative when we had questions. The food was excellent and the price was okay. We'll come back to eat again :)

Rooms were clean. Bathrooms should be renovated because shower curtains don't work for me. Bedsheet had holes and that's an absolute no-go. It is very good to have a good, functioning refrigerator in the room. If you want to watch TV, you should bring a laptop or a laptop, as the selection of channels is very limited. Reception open until 10 p.m., but only English or Italian spoken. For breakfast there are plenty of fresh rolls, sausage, cheese, yoghurt juice, fresh fruit and coffee of your choice. I will visit it again in due course.

The worst/saddest thing I've ever experienced in terms of "service"!!! After countless Geranten changes, we have now reached the lowest point (and I have already traveled all over the world)!! I wanted to get some cigarettes from the vending machine in the lobby at 11:20 p.m....the doors were wide open and the lights were bright, the opening times are posted several times from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m.! The machine should work with a chip or identity card...After 1000 attempts I answered the phone number. Called the reception (supposedly available 24 hours a day)! After I asked why there wasn't a man/man on site despite the stated opening hours (the doors were open and the lights were on) (after I explained my concerns), I was told in a nutshell that people were NOT INTERESTED at that time to use and hung up the phone!! In addition, the quality of the food (we were regular customers for a long time) has dropped enormously due to the many changes!! If you have alternatives nearby, you should definitely spend your money somewhere else!!! After so many attempts we have made, we are FINALLY THROUGH!! NEVER AGAIN, this location is definitely not recommended!!!!

Very good quality food was very tasty

You can't sleep there. You have to hit the door to close it. The bathroom is dirty, I wouldn't even pay 1 euro, I left immediately and they still kept 50 euros of the price. They were simply unreasonable, argued for ages and were totally unfriendly!!!!!!!

I spent one night (on business) in the hotel. Room was clean but unfortunately the bed linen smelled slightly of smoke. And unfortunately the bathtub didn't have a shower curtain, which didn't make showering that pleasant. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right for me personally.

Very practical and fair prices. Breakfast 10.— and with salami, ham, jam, etc., orange juice and coffee. Not modern, but like when you're visiting grandpa. Made with love and friendly but not luxury.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. Although the service was courteous, the food left something to be desired... absolutely no taste, neither the pizza nor the pasta. Maybe this problem should be addressed? Would be something...

It was our first time and certainly our last time eating in this restaurant. We ordered a pizza with buffalo mozzarella, first the pizza without buffalo mozzarella came and when we asked about it, a normal mozzarella was put on it. I also ordered Hot Berry and they brought me vanilla ice cream with cold strawberry sauce. If I wanted to eat something like that, I would order a Sunday with strawberry sauce at MC and not a Hot Berry as described on the menu with a picture. I find it a disgrace that it is not mentioned that the products are not available and that the wrong thing is simply brought. You could simply say... We don't have any buffalo mozzarella or our hot berry as described on the menu is cold. And don't just bring it wrong and ask if the food was good. The food was made incorrectly and is therefore inadequate.

The sevice was wonderfull i stayed 1 week the rooms are great Big thumbs up for the staff and hotel, the food is awesome✌️✌️ Big hugs for the receptionist 😊
