Kay's Bistro in Mettmenstetten

There's nothing wrong with the kebab, crispy pocket bread, delicious sauces and meat. Recently, however, I had the feeling that some of the employees seemed unmotivated and were no longer as friendly as before. Is 13.50Fr. Not a bit much for a kebab?

The food is delicious, the service is outstanding and so personable. I can highly recommend it!

Super friendly, super customer-friendly, fine fresh food, very clean, great, lovely employees, they respond to the needs of the customers, you can also call in advance to say that you will be there at 7 p.m. and they will have your food ready for you by then. Really highly recommended.

The best kebab shop in the region. You can always order in advance so you don't have to wait so much and you will always receive very friendly service. The pocket bread is very crispy and the kebab doesn't fall apart.

So delicious, sauces, pocket bread, everything is homemade, meat is of great quality, I was served so friendly even at half past ten, and it was no problem to eat there. There was such kindness and passion. Simply great. Furnishings are practical but everything is clean.

My family and I have never eaten such a good doner kebab in all of Switzerland. WOW 100+++ Very polite and friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and everything is organized, everything is new. Clean and fragrant toilet. If I could I would give 1000 stars.

It may be the only "dönner stall" in Mättmi, but that's exactly what it needs! Always freshly prepared and very tasty. The whole team is absolutely friendly, in short "they're doing great"!

For me the best kebab shop in Säuliamt. There's delicious, fresh food, friendly staff and always a very clean shop. I could indulge in the kebab gratin, it's so delicious!

This is the second time we have found ourselves in front of closed doors because the restaurant spontaneously closed. Even if this is a sad occasion today, how difficult can it be to adjust the opening times in Google (if they already make regular updates and thus leave an up-to-date impression). Literally 40 minutes of hiking for free. The kebabs and the food are great.

If you arrive early enough at lunchtime to be so good, there will be a huge rush

Bread and falafel are fresh and homemade, meat skewers are made from our own recipe and the vegetables taste like they come straight from the farmer. A little gem among the kebab shops, really recommended.

For me it is the best kebab in Säuliamt! (I'm from Affoltern) They also have other amazing Turkish dishes that are a must-try. Been there twice now and would love to come back.

Basically a very good restaurant and a well-coordinated team. Depending on the time, some students come here, so you may have to wait 10-15 minutes. However, the general quality definitely matches the price-performance ratio.

I went to get Dürüm for lunch and it was great. Very nice service, fresh and delicious food. Come back

Amazing! I came to mettmenstetten with some friends, specially to eat here, after we heard of this lovely "Bistro". It was absolutely worth it! Mettmenstetten is a typical swiss village and is worth having a walk and have a break from the city. The food was fresh, really tastefull and made with passion! The bread is handmade, the baklava not too sweet. 100% recommended

I was at Kay's for the first time last weekend and as soon as I entered the bistro, I was greeted by the friendly staff and the warm yet modern atmosphere. The cleanliness and care with which this store is run immediately caught the eye. From the falafel to the pocket bread to the dessert, everything is homemade and you can taste it with the first bite! It's great that Mettmenstetten finally has a snack bar that not only keeps up with the times but is also run with a lot of love. Vegans also get their money's worth here - I had a falafel with sesame sauce and the eggplant salad. Keep it up!

We tried out the new kebab shop today. They make the flatbread themselves - their statement - and you tasted it too 👍. The (minced) meat is also very good👍. 2 out of 3 kebabs were prepared by the woman, here the kebab was smaller overall and there wasn't enough sauce on it. The 3rd kebab was prepared by a man. There was a lot of meat and sauce here, but the salad could have been a little more. The hosts are probably not yet attuned, hardly surprising after the 2nd or 3rd day. Overall, the kebab still has a lot of potential, the taste is at the kebab capital (Berlin) level and that's very good👍
