KFC in Genève

I came last night I wanted to eat at KFC with my family and it was closed! I don't understand, he doesn't respect the posted times! We came back today and the fries were almost cold.

I liked their coleslaw but it's deleted

The best KFC I've ever had in my life and I've eaten it for many years. The chicken was succulent and soft and tested very well. And the drinks menu was the best I've seen in any other KFC. It wasn't too busy and the atmosphere was perfect and they even played all the music that I like. The only negative is price, it was the lost expensive KFC I've ever had. Normally in the UK we pay family bucket for about £20 but in Geneva we had 6 pieces of chips, fries and a drink for equivalent of £40...😳

The place location is great in the heart of the city The service is fast , the staff working really hard to finish all orders, the style is very close reminds me of KFC Bukit Bintang - Malaysia, the only downside is the price comparing with other countries such as Malaysia, I have got a bill of 28.5 Swiss Frank = 152 MYR same order in KFC Bukit Bintang cost around 60- or 70 MYR

Bright clean and quick KFC, staff excellent. 5 stars as it does what KFC does for fast food . Has toilets with door code. Only 2 min from station. Only issue is customers taking sooo long to make up their mind. Hurry up people!

The first time I visited KFC was in Switzerland... So far I've only been to Ukraine: In Ukraine it was much tastier, the meat was juicier and there was less fat. Regarding the service: The staff in Ukraine is friendlier than in this hotel. Unlike KFC in Geneva, the toilet there was always open. (no code on the door). I love KFC but this time I was disappointed. 😓

Good meal but this KFC lacks seats and in case of large crowds the room can quickly become noisy. Toilets accessible only with a code which was not noted on the receipt, too bad and inconvenient…

Food was quiet fat. Wasn't able to eat more than 4 wings. They were not crispy. Add to this, the number of menu options was very limited.

Yesterday evening I ordered something to take away here with number 297 as I was in Geneva in transit from France. Unfortunately, the competent staff probably won't be able to pack the order correctly. Instead of large fries there were only small ones and ketchup was also missing. Once again more money was spent than the goods received.

This fast-food restaurant is one favorite of my kids, especially the smash potato with gravy and chicken crispy. Unfortunately, it was twice already. We bought a family bucket with chicken pieces and it was an old one. It was underneath amongst crispy chicken and hot wings. We cannot complain because we almost finished already and we feel not to complain because we almost finished some of it.so the next time we come we don’t pick that has chicken pieces.

Good meal. Just the tables could be better arranged. Otherwise good service. You order via a terminal and a hostess calls the order numbers in French and English. Easy! 😊

Unfortunately, KFC in Geneva doesn't meet the usual standard, "Crispy Chicken" wasn't crispy and the waiting time was very long even though there weren't really many customers.

Food is very very oily. No more wet napkins, what happened kfc?? Only good thing is nice staff and parking underground is free.

A nice, clean, fast food restaurant and efficient. Order through a kiosk and can pay at it or at the counter. Ample seating if you desire to dine in. I ordered the chicken strips with mashed potatoes and gravy and it was really good. The Chicken was tender and hot; the mashed potatoes were excellent as was the gravy. The soda was a perfect mix, they don't cheat the mix where it tastes like dirt from lack of syrup. The only complaint and it's a small one is there isn't an option to get more than one container of dipping sauce for the chicken strips. Overall it was a nice experience and worth going back.

I know that playing loud music is a marketing strategy to make people eat faster, but they really overdo it at KFC Cornavin. So I advise against eating on site and going to the competition for the trouble, because it is very painful. On the other hand, the waiters forget nothing.

KFC Geneva is tidy, its service is fast, and all ordering and payment is made through the self-service ordering screen. It seems that the demand for chicken wings is the highest, to the point where you find an entire pocket full of wings! They have mashed potatoes with sauce that are really delicious.. The coleslaw is topped with garlic.. The chicken pieces, I personally don’t know where they come from, I didn’t like the taste and the degree of fried oil. The crispy fried was the master of the table and is really the most beautiful.
