We had to wait a little longer for the food. We ordered various wrap menu with mashed potatoes and crispy chicken with mashed potatoes We hadn't checked what we got because we expected it to be handled professionally Yes, when we got home we opened it: The crispy burger looked sad. Of the 3 types of chicken strips, 2 of them were exactly the same. Mashed potatoes were completely missing. We have about 65fr. We left it and only got half. We were also looking forward to the mashed potatoes because we had positive experiences with this product. But now we are just disappointed. Visit was at 10:15 p.m. on March 31, 2024 Order 445 Overall the 2 milkshakes (strawberry & toffee) were delicious.

It is a bit hard to find but once you have found, it you can park right in front of the restaurant and enjoy tender crispy chicken. There is a large selection from burgers to wraps. The price could be lower but the portion is perfect. It is better to eat with your friends and share a big bucket. The hot wings are good but could be a little bit more spicy. Once you buy a cup, there is an infinite refill. The chairs are comfy and mostly clean and so are the tables. Whilst eating you can observe average people eating Mc Donald’s red on the other side of the road. I recommend the restaurant to everybody to try. Especially people that want a treat after a long day at work.

The food was really good, the staff was friendly and quick, despite the many people in charge, certain guests behaved extremely badly, but this KFC can't help it, otherwise it was good

It was great, especially the food, but the floor and some tables were pretty dirty even though there weren't many guests there.

The burger was very tasty but the Kenutcky fried chicken burger also had other seeds in it. I also found too many ice cubes in my drink and it wasn't that cool but the employees were very nice to me. Everything is as usual at KFC, you can't say much about the service since orders are placed digitally and you only have contact with the staff when the order number is displayed/called out at the counter.

We tried the Colonel Burger and it was okay. The hot wings were better but nothing special. It's enough for a quick hunger pang. However, the restaurant is rather remote, there is no bus there late in the evening and you have to walk to the train station.

I am no longer satisfied as before. Several times the burgers were cold and unappetizing. I drove here for a long time and was disappointed again.

Ordered a Colonel Box (which includes the burger, 2 Filet Bites and 2 sides). They messed up my take out order and when I arrived home I realized the 2 Filet Bites were missing.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Waited 3 hours even though it was only 10 minutes away. Called and said the food would arrive in 30 minutes. Then waited another hour. Horrible food... I've never had such bad fries. Also really scary otherwise. Dont eat that!

Delivery should take 40-50 minutes. After 3 hours she still wasn't there!😡🤬 I called several times and all they said was: It would be there in 30 minutes. When it finally arrived it was COLD!!!! And disgusting at that. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I waited 2 HOURS for my order to be delivered!!! And plus, it was cold. KFC is 1.5 km away from me and takes 2 hours?!?! And cold food!!! I called several times to ask for my order, the answer was always, plus 15 minutes, plus 20 minutes, about eats is to blame... blah blah blah When I complained over the phone about it taking a long time to deliver and eating cold, she told me "I'll call you back straight away" and I'm still waiting...

Well, sadly this was my first visit after 10y and I was underwhelmed. The chicken was only okayish, so was also the bruger. Let's see in another 10y, if this maybe changed.

...I have never eaten such bad fast food in my life!!! The sauce in the burger is really bad...the fillet buckets were really messy! Unfortunately we couldn't eat either and left the KFC disappointed and hungry!!

The wait for the food wasn't long and there was plenty of space in the store to sit down. The ambience is excellent with photos about the history of KFC. Has a wheelchair-friendly entrance, children's play area in the store. Easily accessible by car. Also with a detailed allergy card. The staff was friendly. I'm happy to come by again, see you next time

The vegetarian burger tasted good, although not quite as convincing as the competition. I hope that KFC continues to expand its vegetarian offering and also increasingly uses chicken from Switzerland for all of its products. Nevertheless, I was positively surprised by KFC, as you can refill the drinks for free and there is also free ketchup or mayonnaise with the menu. While with the competition you have to pay for both things.

Just normal fast food. You eat and leave again. The crispy chicken wasn't crispy and the fries weren't hot. It's definitely not always like that. I guess I didn't have the right time.

The food was really good. It seems that it's not as greasy as KFC in other countries, which I really like. I also liked the free refills. The price is a bit high for fast food but still in a normal range I would say. Their Caramel Shake is AMAZING!

Chicken wasn't completely cooked. Not completely fresh anymore because it was fried and then set aside. Reheated with steam. Result: rubber eagle. We sent it back and it came back fried. Disappointing.

Unfortunately only 1 wheelchair parking space for all companies there and then even for KFC there is a charge. Unfortunately, the self-service machines are very difficult to use.

Well, the food is pretty good considering it's fast food, but you can only call it service to a certain extent since, like everywhere else, you only order at the counter, but they were friendly. As expected, the atmosphere was quite American and seemed uncomfortable. But the fact that the parking space still cost money was rather cheeky. This is different from other chains. Well, you can have a good lunch there, but it's not fantastic.

My table was very stained and there were live chickens running around the kitchen. The employee cut me off on my date 😭. In addition, the leg burger was burnt and frozen.🥶The koala meat was definitely not of organic origin. This is a real juice shop😡🤬 Haven't eaten anything better than Burger King, asshole!!! Nothing out of the ordinary here, but happy with the overall quality. A great plus is that we can reach it quite easily by car from Zürich, as the KFC in the ZH airport is definitely lower quality food.

That would be great, but there's never anyone out here in the industrial no-man's land between Schwerzenbach and Volketswil. Yes, but all the happy shoppers treat themselves to a load of chicken nuggets. Noun is omen: There is ONLY chicken here. Very popular with families.

Cornery and sagging door never again

Last night and today I had dinner at KFC Volketswil with my family. Unfortunately, our order was taken both days by the same unfriendly employee, who chewed his gum without any problem and was visibly disgusted that my parents didn't speak German and I didn't speak that well either and that I had to wait so long for him to order. Aside from waiting another 25 minutes to order, when I stated I was missing two sauces they were practically thrown on the tray. Me and my family will never come back, that's for sure because such an employee doesn't have to have contact with customers
