I read a comment from a French person who gave his opinion (rather negative), me as French too, I have a completely different opinion, I had the opportunity to consume a certain place, certainly it's more expensive than in France (welcome to Switzerland) but unlike KFC in France which I don't like that much, I really liked this one! The staff was pleasant and smiling and the food was very good! I loved the fries! I highly recommend! Ps: the toilets were super clean, something rare in a fast food restaurant!

It’s amazing… I’m a regular at KFC France and I go there happy to find the flavors that I appreciate so much. I am offended by the prices and quantities served, a big scam to pay 15.- for a menu and receive 4 pieces of soft chicken. The chicken “seal” exceeds 40.- ??the food is cold and very soft. And I see comments that say it’s equivalent to other fast food restaurants in the area… I’ve never left a fast food restaurant having paid so much and still being so hungry😭

The burger and fries were cold, the staff preferred to chat among themselves. I certainly won't go back to them

The food was incredibly tasty... Unfortunately it took a long time until it was finally ready. The lady at the counter looked very overwhelmed... Suddenly there were 10, then 15 orders open and you could see how confused she had to keep running to the receipt to get the food ready. And instead of calling out the food on the board, the numbers were called out... Which was difficult for many to understand because they spoke German... But given the quality of the food, we can highly recommend the shop. What surprised me was that the (supposed) boss saw what was going on and didn't take action on his own... At least that's what you're used to in other restaurants...

At the drive-thru, it's ultra slow and it's the same price as a restaurant

The positive point is the staff, and it remains at the same prices as other fast food chains. Afterwards it's really not my taste, it's not a must.

Very tender crispy chicken with a crunchy coating, the portion of fries at 3.90 francs for the smallest is quite expensive for the quantity but the unlimited drink is a very good idea, well done...

I'm not a fast food fan at all, but it was definitely a good alternative to other chains. The selection was kept simple and small and of course with a strong focus on chicken. As is often the case, the place was very loud, crowded and a bit dirty. There is also a bit of limited seating and we had to wait.

We ordered the regular box with Coca-Cola and fries, but the chicken pieces were not ready. The cashier said, “Can you wait 15 minutes?” so we agreed. She brought 2 French fries and apologized and said, “This is a gift for your wait.” (The height of sophistication).

Catastrophic experience from start to finish. First, our order was not prepared because it was forgotten. Then our order was incomplete. And finally, everything was cold. A fast food to avoid.

We came in the afternoon and it seems like they made our chicken to order. They came out extremely juicy and fresh. Dog was allowed inside and the staff spoke English. Really great experience!

For the second time I tried, still just as disappointed... uncooked chicken, breading with a lot of oil and mole. It's really not to the point. If you're trying KFC for the first time, don't go to the one in Conthey. The only good thing was the coleslaw.

I am a customer at KFC! And today a dissatisfied and angry customer!!! I leave practically 100 chf each time I go here and this time, rather than taking children's menus for my kids, I took normal menus! So no toy that I can understand. However, I went to the checkout if it was possible to buy toys for my children. They were not able to sell me the toys or make a commercial gesture to me and possibly offer them due to the copious menus that I take each time!!! I really don't recommend!!!

This could not be farther from the KFC I remember in the U.S. We ordered the original bucket, and the chicken was not flaky and crispy. Parts of the pieces were even soggy. The extra gravy we ordered was a joke. The fries were sad, cold and rubbery. I'm willing to accept that there are no biscuits, but the mushy crust on the chicken was just depressing. Service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Free refills are awesome, but we ordered take-away. Very disappointing.

I took a colonel burger and I put in cheese and they put it in me I left and asked them kindly if it would be possible to remove the cheese because I am allergic and a manager or a person I don't know who told me that (you don't just have to be allergic to cheese, I won't tell you again if there (outside)) then I didn't eat wasting money for nothing and sending me back some KFC I'm getting a bad experience

I went to KFC in Conthey for the first time, I was very disappointed because I took it away, I didn't check because I wanted to trust and they didn't give me the wrap that I had ordered!!! 15 francs lost. You have lost customers. I would never set foot there again.

Be careful to check your orders! I took it away and when I got home I realized that I was missing a side dish and a sauce... Even though the restaurant was rather quiet at the time of my order. Quite disappointed with the service.

This made the teenagers happy but for a place supposedly “specializing” in chicken 🐔 it’s not the right place. Prices are relatively expensive for industrial food.

So, it's true it's cool to have a KFC in Valais, but they should take more knowledge of how chicken is cooked, fat and chicken thighs much too big to eat, it's not practical... the one in Lausanne with the same menus knows how to balance the menus and it is not greasy. I hope they improve even if it’s not easy.

Order placed at 9:34 p.m. and served at 10:11 p.m....37 minutes to wait for 3 takeaway menus. I arrived in 20th position and 29 orders placed before me!!!! Almost a month after opening we can say that people are trained..... A burger menu, a wrap menu, and a bucket of fillets. No extras. The chicken doesn't have much flavor, the corn tastes like dirt and the wrap is very thin. It's really not that great I applied for management of this restaurant but thank goodness I was too expensive. I couldn't stand seeing customers wait longer than in a traditional restaurant, even if it was crowded. Plus you're going to make your drinks but we won't give you a bag to carry! The young veiled woman at the counter is fortunately very professional and pleasant. Despite everything, the competition has a bright future ahead of it. It was my first time and my last. With Mac Do next door and Burger King 100m away.
