5 stars👍 aren't actually enough, if every staff, no matter where, were as willing to work and friendly as at Kht Kafi in Trachslau, I don't think there would be any bad reviews. And unfortunately, elsewhere friendly, willing to work, normal-thinking employees are simply fired🤬
