Among other things, we all ordered duck. This was clearly not fresh and totally hard and dry! Everything was simply warmed up briefly, nothing was fresh and completely bland/without taste. The Szechuan chicken was still somewhat edible. The service was not at all attentive nor friendly. A Chinese group behind us at the table were served immediately and got their food before us, even though we were there 30 minutes earlier! Two service employees were always at the table with them. The floor was extremely slippery, so much so that we almost fell over, we weren't the only ones! When we wanted to pay, we were skillfully ignored, so we paid at the counter in front. Don't understand all the good reviews... By far the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever been to!

The restaurant we recently dined at was completely disappointing. Three of us suffered food poisoning, while the others complained of stomach pains, indicating possible problems with the preparation or quality of the food. Based on this experience and the health concerns, I cannot recommend the restaurant. Interested parties should be aware of such incidents in order to make informed decisions.

Very fine authentic Chinese food. Absolutely delicious. Very happy with the food, the setting, the service. However when booking mention if you need space for sitting . We were with 3 guys who are large built and they squeezed us with 4 other people on the same table. The 3 guys were like 3 sardines in a tin, with one on the verge of falling. They refused to give us another table as it was full so think about it!

We ate here while visiting Zurich. The service was good. All dish came out unbelievably fast. We ordered eight items they’re a mix of hit or miss. Some are very authentic but some are a miss. Even it says Sichuan style they’re really not authentic Sichuan style. Deco in the restaurant is very nice. But the lighting at our seating is so dim. I had to keep using flash light on my cell phone to see what I was picking up.

Very unfriendly staff, I felt very uncomfortable!!! We were greeted and served in a totally unfriendly manner, so they closed in 30 minutes. They wouldn't have closed for another hour. We weren't even the last ones to leave. We had to eat so quickly because we felt quite pressured. I have rarely seen such unfriendly staff! Then behind our backs there was blasphemy about their language and no thanks, no farewell, nothing. That was the last time I went there! I really regretted the money!!!

The decoration is beautiful. There is a cherry blossom tree in the middle of the restaurant, the ceiling is covered with paintings, and the heavy tables and stools give it a fairyland feeling. It is in line with Chinese tastes. There are spicy and light dishes. The dishes are large and the food is very comfortable. The price is not too expensive. The service is warm and makes you feel at home. I will come again.

I ordered food via Uber Eats late in the evening on August 31, 2023 and put it in the fridge after it had cooled down. On Saturday, September 2, 2023 at noon, I wanted to warm up the food after less than 48 hours and the chicken meat was full of black spots - most likely mold, see photo. Hands off and turn on the food authority.

Water fraud. They gave us water for 5.80 Fr.- and not “Züriwasser" for 2.00 Fr.-. Both were 50 cl and they didn't ask us which mineral water we wanted.

Delicious chinese food, very fair prices, huge portions

Had a great and quick lunch. Every weekday as a different Lunch Menu, always with a starter when dining in. There is always a vegetarian, chicken, beef and duck option on it. Servings were more than adequate for the price.

The dumpling served at the table were the frozen ones from the supermarket.

The restaurant is best chinese food I have had in Switzerland! I order beef noodle and stir fried water spinach. I have to say both of them exceed expectations. As a Chinese Im so happy for such authentic chinese food here. The boss is very nice and walking around to make sure every table is doing ok. I would recommend this restaurant to all Chinese food lovers.

The environment is good, and I like the several different bird lights in the restaurant. I ordered Tom Yum soup, boiled fish, beef stir-fried with green onions and green vegetables with garlic paste. I liked them all. The boiled fish meat is very tender and not spicy, the beef is very fragrant and chewy, the heat is just right, and the tom yum soup is so sour that I like. The portions of several dishes were also sufficient, and both of us were full in the end 😂 Milk tea is also recommended, the pearls are especially chewy🤩

Probably Zurich's best China Restaurant - certainly the most authentic.

I don't recommend this place! The waiter look like was lacking interest in serving us. The music was club oriented and felt like it didn't belong to this place, which resulted in us taking the meal away after sitting in this horrible ambience for few mins. We ordered vegetarian dim sum for each and left very disappointed for the value for money: small portion and lacking contains (there was nothing to eat in the dim sum itself). Overall, too expensive and not worth the visit.

Ordered Si Chuan Spicy Boiled Fish, perfect pair with white rice. 4 out of 5 just because I prefer not to have bamboo shoots in the broth. Nevertheless definitely satisfied my cravings for some spicy mala flavour in Swiss.

The good reviews don't seem genuine to me. Our food was not tasty and extremely greasy. One meal had a base that seemed to consist of oil. The sauce contents were loosely placed on top just as decoration. The sauce only tasted of oil and something spicy. It used to be fine. But the top reviews currently...? So I ask myself. We gave it back and left.

Give this review just to remind me not to visit this restaurant or order from Uber anymore. Gave a second try but had terrible experience. Such a waste of money.

Very good, though they have some difficulties with allergies and intolerances. In the end, my gluten-free dish was delicious. It was freshly made and tasted great. Everyone at the table was happy with their order.

I’ve been here twice now the first time for bubble tea and the second time just for a little bite. The interior of the restaurant is very out there but it gives it a cool ambiance. I accidentally ate too much during the day and didn’t really save room for dinner so I couldn’t really order much. All I had was the corn and chicken soup and some edamame. I really want to try a lot more things on the menu but I will say that the corn and chicken soup was the best one I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back for more. The service here is also very good! I think the servers here may be the nicest and most service oriented I’ve had in Zurich so far. I highly recommend this place if you haven’t checked it out already.

We have reserved a table for Saturday evening. When we arrived there were 10 other people waiting for their table. We were seated 15 minutes later, but had to get up straight away. It was said that others got there first. Nobody cared whether there was a reservation or not. You just had to wait at least 30 minutes. The food didn't taste bad, but there are better ones.

Friendly waiters, quirky interior. Food was OK but not great. I had the beef with blackpepper sauce, the meat was a bit chewy. Wontons were a bit greasy, the mochis were very good!

One of the best Chinese restaurant in town. The owner speaks German, English and French! Food is excellent and usually the service is very quick! Highly recommended if you like authentic Chinese cuisine. Don’t forget to book as it is often very busy.

I've been there a few times now. It's not OK. The service is a bit hectic, this year in most Chinese restaurants in Zurich.

We didn’t make any reservation so we called before we showed up. They told us to come one hour later and there might be a 15min wait, but we saw those good comments so we decided to wait till 8:30pm to show up. An Asian girl with short black hair had the worst attitude when we got there - she shouted at us and said I cannot tell you if you can be seated in 15 or 20min. We repeated what we heard from the phone call, then she was like I can give you the answer after 10min. So we said yes we can wait. But then she said, again with a very rude voice: I cannot tell you if you can be seated after 10min, but I can give you the answer if you can wait for 10min. We left confused because we didn’t know what “the answer” mean. The restaurant should hire someone who can express themselves clearly to the customers without shouting. Honestly haven’t seen such a bad service and attitude for so long - this is my very first restaurant review with comments.

The vile Vietnamese waiter had a very bad attitude. Ten of us (several children) arrived at the restaurant earlier and booked a table in advance. We wanted to sit inside and wait for the restaurant to start working, but a Vietnamese waiter kicked us out to wait (it was very windy outside). It was cold), even after consultation, we could only walk ten minutes to eat at another restaurant (people from the Northeast). This restaurant was not open yet, but they were very kind and opened the door for us to wait. I only comment on the attitude, others say...

Quirky decor. The Sichuan food selection is wide, and looks very good — but doesn’t taste great. The flavours are slightly off balance. Extra points for having their kitchen open all day on Saturday.

As a Chinese, it's really unauthentic, it's really unpalatable, the sauerkraut stew with pork belly is really, really sour. I can accept the bad food, but the whole cage of steamed buns had raw skin. I can't imagine that even though they gave me a new cage, the skin was still raw and completely uneatable. Not recommended at all

This was easily the best Asian food I have had in Zurich, really delicious and authentic, fresh and fragrant. The ingredients were on-point with a diverse set of spices complementing a properly authentic selection of dishes. Will definitely be coming back again often!

Food was tasty and the portion was quite big.

2nd visit, the first time the duck was ok, but nothing more. The second time we took chicken. Unfortunately quite inedible, dry, unpleasant smell, not fresh at all. Unfortunately, pretty much the worst quality you can have. Tofu on the other hand was very good, dumplings were also good.

Guaranteed Brazilian chicken - totally rubbery - had diarrhea afterwards (all day) - never again

Came here the first time with my friend, I think i chose the wrong dish as I saw very good reviews here online and people in the restaurant had very nice looking dishes. I took the fried duck woth the mango sauce. The mango sauce was delish but the duck seemed to be pre-cooked & didnt taste fresh at all. Maybe next time :)

The food is not worthy the price. Food is precooked, pork, beef, chicken taste the same, delivered quickly. They want you to eat and leave, so they can serve the next guest. Staffs are not friendly.
