How great that someone has the courage to make dumplings in Switzerland. And these from the Dumpling Factory are really delicious. Every grandma makes them differently, but across the entire range, they are really successful. I can only recommend. Added to this is the warmth of the owners. You can feel the passion and love in the recipe. You have to support such innovative family businesses.

Our South Tyrolean mother taught us to NEVER cut a dumpling with a knife when eating it, but only to cut it very carefully with a fork. Reason: The loose consistency of the dumpling would be lost when cutting. With the dumplings from this "factory", on the other hand, you can easily use a knife like with dumplings from a can (yes, they exist!), because you can't damage them much. If you like it that way, you should buy the factory dumplings. For my part, I continue to make my Tyrolean dumplings myself, even though I recently cut my finger quite badly while cutting the dumpling bread!
