Unfortunately, in over 1.5 years of ordering, not a single delivery has arrived correctly. The food itself is really good and the people who deliver or are on the phone too. But not even the orders placed over the phone arrived correctly. Very unfortunate. Entering it correctly or reading the comments on eat.ch etc. would be very beneficial for a delivery service.

Koala Pizza is really highly recommended for several reasons. When we pick something up on site, we are always greeted in a friendly manner and served. The food is always great and in our opinion this is the best pizza in Möhlin. Ordering home also works great. The delivery time has always been faster than stated and the food is always delivered hot. Here too, the delivery person is always very friendly, no matter what time of day it is. Absolutely great!

Already ordered something twice. Every time after about 1 hour we get a call saying there is an error in the system and then we wait another 1 hour. No accomodation, nothing at all. Friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired. Was the last time we ordered there.

Very friendly, very tasty, tip top

Unfortunately, fewer stars are not possible, I had visitors and wanted something delicious quickly...unfortunately I ordered it at the wrong place. The pizza was missing the specially ordered ingredients, the dough was soggy and stuck to the cardboard. The salad was 15 Chf. Tiny and miserable, and the French dressing we ordered was missing. All extras paid, none received... All in all a disaster. Now I'm being offered reparation... As if I would order there again? !😤 Never again koala!!! ORDERED ELSEWHERE! Update September 26, 2023 I was recently invited to dinner with friends and ordered from Koala Pizza. It still took a long time, but this time the pizza was really good. The salad was still clearly too expensive for the portion and the salad dressing was the wrong one but they have improved.

Dürüm has very little meat in it and for the hefty price of 12.- (for takeaway). When I told the kebab man that he should please put some more meat on it, he did, but he could have saved the two pieces... Absolutely not recommended for kebab. But pizzas are good for a kebab shop.

Online ordering doesn't work, the phone isn't picked up, the answering machine isn't listened to or isn't called back within 10 minutes. This is how the restaurant's grave is dug.

Koala pizza is definitely worth checking out. The burgers are well-cooked and full of flavor, with a great selection of toppings to choose from. The buns are fresh and hold everything together nicely. The overall experience is satisfying, and the prices are reasonable. If you're in the mood for a delicious burger, this place won't disappoint.! :D

The friendly gentleman who delivered the pizza also apologized. Unfortunately, even after repeating it several times, the man at the dispatch desk didn't write down the street correctly. Although the street name is rather short. This meant that the delivery was further extended. Unfortunately, the pizzas are not on an Italian level. Like most oriental pizzas, they were greasy or had a lot of oil.

Pizza is good but doner pide was horrible. Had to throw everything away because the meat was so gristly 🥲

We were hungry and wanted to eat quickly and tasty. I had often heard about Koala and actually ordered it for the first time today. Everything tastes good here - we had a mix of pizza, kebab and burgers. We will order again!

It tasted very good. Very nice staff. Short waiting time, which is also important. Also definitely recommended.

Order was a pide with sucuk and coke. A pide with sucuk and feta cheese and a Cola Zero came. Where there is no feta there shouldn't be any!

Pizza was sufficient. Well, it wasn't greasy. It's not a taste experience but it's okay if you're hungry quickly. Pizza doesn't have the dough you want. Sufficient ingredients. Don't skimp! Nothing more, nothing less.

The smallest kebab in the world for 9CHF. Almost no meat in the kebab, although I was happy about that when I ate it because it was The quality of the meat is very poor. Not real kebab meat but skewer skewer with a high fat content. Vegetables were ok. Once and never again.

Spontaneously ordered 2 pizzas, 1 Dürüm and 1 burger including fries on Friday evening. Brilliant, everything was there within 30 minutes - warm and super tasty. Price-performance and service is great and I will be ordering again soon.

Very customer friendly We ordered three pizzas and 1x penne arrabiata. The pizzas were really good, but the arrabiata was a little too spicy. We then called again and asked if we could get a new portion. He then gave us a pizza for free. Really strong performance. Thank you very much again.

I ordered three kebab boxes. In all three boxes the meat was cold and didn't taste good. For 14 francs per box, it's an absolute joke. Once and never again.

Quality has deteriorated HIGHLY in the last few months. Sticky pasta, cold pizza with no taste. We used to be regular customers, but that's definitely over.

Ate Dürüm twice & disgusting twice! Waiting times in the store are probably longer than ordering - for Dürüm I should wait at least 10-15 minutes... definitely not recommended.

I honestly expected more from this review. The edge of the pizza was limp and when it arrived to us it was still cold. In terms of taste, it was actually quite OK, but everything else just spoiled it for us. In terms of price it's in the middle range.

I always enjoy eating there, whether kebab box, kebab, dürüm, pizza or the hamburgers and what's more, it's affordable for us. Super friendly service!!! I like to invite my guests there. Kirsten, Maritza and family
