Everything is good, but there is something better for less money.....a bit too expensive. Sorry, but for one praline, 2 chf is a bit excessive.

As a bakery OK, bread really good, confectionery as well, but the café is getting old and dusty. The ladies in service mean well...

Certain employees are just not the friendliest. That's why the service as well as the ambience in the bakery suffers. It's a shame, I'd actually like to come by in the hope of finding a friendly saleswoman.

Little selection and sometimes old things no longer fresh for eating when you bite into them, dry and not very hard for such food. I think it's far too expensive! Then the coop is even fresher and cheaper!😂😂😂 If there was still coffee there I would go there better...

Very good bakery that has a cozy cafe. Also have fine salads and soups. The staff is always very friendly and you are served quickly. Can only recommend it.

Unfortunately we don't remember the name, but on Saturday a week ago we had great service there. She even wrapped the chocolates in a gift bag for me and was full of joy.

1.20 p.m.: The sign outside says: Älplermaggronen today. But these are sold out in the store. Alternatively, I would like to buy soup as a take away. But you can't take these with you warm - the saleswoman lacks packaging - so only cold. I have no infrastructure and think it's a shame to only offer cold products. We leave the store without buying anything.

Always worth a visit. No matter what time. The likeable, friendly and helpful ladies are always very nice and try very hard, especially in these difficult times, it is a good idea to go to this friendly pastry shop. I go there very often and love the Hotz products, especially the delicious pieces of cake with a delicious cafie. Keep it up, dear Fällanden Hotz team, always stay friendly as you are.

It is always a pleasure to be served by the friendly and cheerful ladies at this bakery. It's also great to see how well the employees get along and work together. I was drinking coffee when a gentleman came in without a mask and when he was sent out (because masks were required), the employee was shouted at and insulted. And that wasn't the first time I witnessed this! I think it's a shame that the employees try so hard to comply with the BAG's rules and the company's rules and that the customers react like this. The situation is difficult for everyone, especially for those working in the service/catering sector.

The staff is extremely unfriendly. When I wanted to accompany my father-in-law to the store this August to help him choose the cake, we were told that there should be a maximum of 2 people in the store. Someone else was drinking coffee in the corner. We were wearing face masks, but the lady distributing them leaned over the food behind the counter without a face mask and spitefully told us to go out. You get the feeling that the ladies would prefer not to be disturbed by customers all day long. It's fine to make customers aware of how many people are allowed in the store, but you could just as effectively do this in a friendly way. My visitor could only shake his head at so much unfriendliness and I will avoid the store whenever possible.

Small and cozy. Unfortunately far too expensive. I think 15 Fr for a warm sandwich and 5 Fr for a small canape are exaggerated prices. A pity.

My girlfriend and I were there today. Excellent service, friendly, courteous. The food and sweets tasted very good. It's not the first time we've come here, we always enjoy it.

I actually went shopping at the bakery-confectionery-confiserie-since 1895 Ernst Hotz AG and the saleswoman was also very friendly with me and it just occurred to me that I should buy some bread and I still have some Applied for a Hotz customer card and the saleswoman was also very friendly with me.

Unfriendly service and totally exorbitant prices. The quality of the products also leaves a lot to be desired; I once had a huge hole in a Bürli. The croissants could also be larger for the hefty price. It sometimes seemed to me as if the Fällanden branch was receiving what was left of Hotz Dübendorf. The biggest impudence, however, is that it is stipulated what the minimum amount is when paying with a credit card/EC card. Especially since payment with a credit card is indicated on the entrance door, the business owner is not allowed to specify the minimum purchase. I was a customer at Hotz for a long time, but now I take a detour to the Steiner bakery, where the price-performance ratio is right. And yes, if Germans already work in the branch, they should try to understand our dialect
