The best in Basel Italian style. The best coffee without a doubt, the fabulous arancini and the sweets are the best. If you visit Basel you have to make a mandatory stop at one of their establishments.

Really Italian coffee and cappucino with a large selection of tasty patisserie and panini. Friendly service and a quiet and tasteful ambience... on Feldstrasse things can get hectic from time to time, but without becoming chaotic. But it's important to have a little patience... especially on Saturdays on Feldstrasse because there's a market at the same time... all the better if Maria can take the time to take a selfie...

The restaurant is always popular, they also have good baked goods, the service is optimal. The staff is friendly, they have the best Italian beer

My cheesecake came with free hair on it.

Call for health inspection… There was a freaking hair on the cheesecake. The cashier nicely smeared it all over with her bare hands all the while trying not to show it to us. Lucky for her I was on a first date otherwise I would’ve gone all out Karen on her. TLDR: There are tons of amazing bakeries (kult, beschle, jetzer) all over Basel, have some self respect and don’t go here…

Friday 16.12.2022 Today I was with friends in this place and unfortunately I have to say that if it hadn't been for the kind and friendly girl who welcomed us we would have left immediately... you can't see who is preparing the requested drink with their hand in front of their coughing your mouth without even washing....it's not hygienic!!!!!!!!! If the staff is sick, let him stay at home, this guy who didn't even bother to say hello and was annoyed by what we had requested would be very unfair....I hope that if I return to consume something in the future, he won't be there.....dear Graziella, keep an eye on these small details that can cause you to lose customers

After several visits, I found that the coffees tasted good and the staff were always friendly. Unfortunately, the almond croissants taste the same as butter croissants. The filling is far too low.

Absolutely trendy Italian restaurant in Basel. Very busy, fresh Italian patisserie products and snacks. Attentive and friendly service, prices rather in the upper segment (Prosecco 8.--), no snacks/chips with the aperitif, which is atypical for Italy.

This is about the Feldbergstrasse outlet. Food is ok. BUT my first RACIST experience in Europe was here. Thank you Graziella. I bought food there and asked for paper towels (in English). The women shouts back “no English” and says -rather shouts - something in Italian. Customers having their coffee look at me, nod their heads in disapproval of the shopkeeper and “THEY APOLOGIZE” for her behavior. Never visiting this place again. Dear Graziella - learn manners..!

Have had multiple bad experiences with the staff here at Feldbergstrasse! No courtesy and borderline racists! Given they get customers from Roche/ Novartis regularly, implying they get v international crowd, how is it the young staff doesn't understand English! On top, they bark back their responses. We kept going back for food (the only saving grace) but never again after their latest misbehavior! Really need to learn some basic hospitality!! Wish there was an option of giving negative stars!

A place of traditional Italian culture, with worthy croissants and cappuccinos and kind and relaxed staff. The company of regular customers is also excellent. Recommended if you want to enjoy a little relaxing coffee break and the "air" of Italy!

The place may seem a bit sterile and uncomfortable, but definitely give it a try. The cafe is very good and the pastries are traditionally Italian. I recommend trying a cannoli (with chocolate or ricotta filling) and an amaretti with pistachios. The service is always friendly too. Everything can also be taken with you.

It was a nice experience this morning. Fast and friendly service with Italian flair. Not crowded but pleasant. Cozy atmosphere. I would be happy to come by again. Nice location! That's how it has to be. Great thing, tip top.

Da Graziella is a great option if you're looking for a good coffee and tasty pastry. The staff is very friendly and you get a bit of an Italian flair when staying there. Good thing especially for workers is that it opens at 6am.
