Pretzels good, mediocre friendly saleswoman, coffee bad, seat is directly blasted with cold air from the air conditioning, there are really better bakers.

Sensational quality of the goods. Personally, I find the peaks to be too small. The price level is somewhat higher.

Very nice service. It's just that I bought chocolates for over 40 CHF and I was charged an additional 2 CHF for the paper bag so that I could give it away as a gift. I will prefer another pastry shop in the future. A pity!

Despite the rush for Mother's Day, the team was extremely motivated, friendly and helpful. The baked goods were all very tasty and I would be happy to visit this great bakery again.

Certainly the best Beck far and wide!!!!! Unfortunately I can't give the fifth star because of the very different staff. The service goes from the top (thanks to Natalie) to the bottom (several colleagues, no names here).

Great bakery, although they have somehow changed the recipe for some time. The croissants and the Parisette used to have the typical, unmistakable “Kölbener taste”. Now this is missing. You could also smell it when you just walked into the store, which is no longer the case either. It's a shame. Now the croissants don't really stand out from others anymore... I wish the old recipe was back... 😕

Small, fine pastry shop in an excellent location. The selection of treats is great, the prices are moderate and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our order and will be back. I recommend this pastry shop without reservation and hereby give it 5 stars.

Bought egg sandwiches and coffee. Honestly, I can get fresher bread in Lidl. Was cold and dry. But the chocolate with coffee was okay

Purchase: 20 pieces of small pastries, approx. 45.- Carrying bag: plastic free, paper 40 cents!!!! I was slightly shocked, in this day and age! This system should be urgently reconsidered. It's not a cheap store in a third world country. Please contribute to environmental protection.

Recently we wanted to enjoy the sun outside with my wife with a coffee and patisserie. We chose this bakery and were deeply disappointed by the service. The service is very unfriendly, not even a small glass of water is served with the coffee, if you ask for it you are looked at with a brisk look. We even had to wait a long time until the tables of guests in front of us were cleared. I remember the Asian woman as particularly negative. She had no sensitivity for kindness, instead she looked at me skeptically as if I were a thief. The coffee was delivered lukewarm and carelessly. That's such a shame, but the location, the view of the cathedral and the fine patisserie would be worth spending time there. Actually, I'm not the kind of person who likes to hand out criticism, but unfortunately a lot of things are wrong here. Please discuss this with the team, it's a shame.

As long-time customers of the bakery, we are very disappointed. The delivery arrived wet and in response to our complaint we received an answer that they were still good and that it was no longer profitable for them to bring 8-10 croissants to Goldach anyway. That's a shame, we didn't expect it and we're very disappointed. Customer service is different*

Rarely have I been so disappointed when I buy bread directly from the bakery. The Pain Paillasse sounds great, but the prices are absolutely at the upper limit and the selection is generally rather limited. A pity.

They serve the best croissants in the area... But they don't always have the incredibly good pretzel croissants..
