My husband and I recently visited the restaurant after receiving a voucher through a deal offer. The food was undoubtedly fantastic - a real treat that tantalized our taste buds. The variety of dishes and the quality of the ingredients exceeded our expectations. However, our experience with the Albanian owner was somewhat ambivalent. While he was extremely courteous and friendly towards regular customers, we found his behavior towards new guests to be arrogant. This was disappointing and left an unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, I would recommend the restaurant for its exquisite cuisine, but potential guests should be prepared for different hospitality experiences depending on whether they are regular customers or not.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it once was. Service and kitchen with too few people is probably the biggest deficiency - discovered over several visits.

The delivery was on time and the food was delicious, as always. Friendly service, I like to order again and again!

I've been ordering from Kränzlin for a few years now, but unfortunately I have to say that since it changed ownership, the quality of the food is no longer good. I only received the last orders after almost 2 hours and even though I had a phone call with the restaurant where he told me it would arrive in 20 minutes, he was only there after 50 minutes and the food was almost cold. We were at Kränzlin on Bodenhofstrasse in Lucerne. Ambience very cold, too bright in the evening, not a comfortable location for us. Service also desirable. Didn't really feel welcome. Salad too small, but very nice dressing and homemade bread. Pizza tasted great, just too much black blotter on the edge. Tiramisu probably bought, a matter of taste. It is questionable whether we will come back. It's a shame, I imagined more of Kränzlin's good reputation. When asked for an invoice, it was calculated in my head without having received an invoice (nothing was recorded in the cash register).

Lunch in Jan 2024 was very nice and cozy. The children had an excellent Cordon Bleu. I had a very fine entrecote. Five stars for everything.

Soooo delicious food! The cordon bleu is richly filled, crispy and very aromatic! Really great! The homemade tiramisu is awesome! Not too sweet, nice and creamy and without alcohol (but you should avoid the chocolate sauce on top). Also had the Tagliatelle Gamba (a little too fatty and sweet..) and the Risotto della Chef (greasy but tasty). The employees are all very friendly and accommodating. Can highly recommend the Kränzlin restaurant! We'll come back and test out more of the great menu :-D

All the dishes I had from this restaurant were absolutely top class, I have never had such a good cream schnitzel with champions in Switzerland. I also tried lasagne and cordon blue and was thrilled. You can order over the phone.
