A way to get food. Recommended just before starvation!

Watch out; Asking for the price before ordering saves you the hassle. For a chocolate cake 8.- is simply outrageous, I don't have to write anymore. ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN

I have already ordered a Dürüm there. It was okay, had little in it, was pretty cold and didn't taste like much, except for the sauce which was too much. Today we ordered a pizza. The service was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Overall, I can recommend the pizza. Unfortunately the wrong one came. I ordered a pizza prosciutto with onions, which is what was written down. I got a Gorgonzola pizza with onions and WITHOUT ham. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home. Since there wasn't much going on, there were only two tables occupied, I didn't think it was necessary to check. I learned from it XD

The place used to be actually not bad at all, but lately it's been getting worse and worse. The employees run around the store like headless chickens. There is no organization in the service. Sometimes you get food, sometimes you don't, sometimes you wait forever for your order. We also got a cold kebab and when we pointed out that it was cold, we only got a mushy answer from the boss instead of warm food. The prices became more expensive and the kebabs became smaller. A pity!

We ordered French fries Dürüm as well as a pizza. Very disappointing, the fries were lamb & the pizza barely had anything on it. ( see photo ) The Dürüm only had half of it!!

Service was nice, food not so good; Salad was light and didn't taste that good. Fries were ok. O.

The best thing about my lunch today was the sun. 10 minutes until I could order. 20 minutes until the fitness plate came. The plate cost CHF 20.50 for 60g of chicken, a tablespoon of carrots and iceberg lettuce. Quality was good. Price-performance is not right.

I was traveling nearby and saw the restaurant by chance. I drank an Aperol Spritz and a soda. Everything was tip top. The large and varied selection of takeaway, takeaway and eat-in options surprised me, but I'll try that another time.

We ordered food here, it actually arrived quickly but the delivery boy simply pocketed the 50 note without giving any change. Well the food really wasn't worth it, the Dürüm only consisted of meat and onions, the fries were as dry as sand and spice is probably a foreign word here and my red fries were just croquettes, so you can't do any worse. Save your money or spend it somewhere else, but your hard-earned money has no place here.

The place and atmosphere are great, as is the food, the only downside is the kitchen staff the kitchen staff preparing kebap, pizza and soh at the front the service sometimes tells them 2 or 3 times. They do more because they don't concentrate and this shouldn't be, especially so often, it doesn't make a good impression on the gastro

I don't fully understand the criticism here. The place is clean, the service is very friendly and the food is what you would expect in a takeaway restaurant. Fine, certainly unhealthy, but you don't treat yourself to anything else 🙃 Btw: My ketchup bottle was nice and chilled. For me it's an indication that they already know how to do it. I'm not a person who complains, but when I say a few times a grilled vegetable plate with only vegetables and salad without meat and fries, yes, sorry, I just wanted to try vegetarian 😉, maybe she was slightly irritated 🤔 Afterwards I only get a salad bowl with no love and no taste and I pay more like a pizza or dürüm. Then I'll definitely come back. Next time I'll have a grill plate at BK😂

Very bad service! We waited for half an hour but NO ONE came! Only two tables were occupied! I went in and took the drink myself. I looked for two more glasses. I had to explain this to the waiter with my hands because he couldn't speak a word of German! And he gave the wrong order to the people next to us. Simply catastrophic! I don't recommend it to anyone!

Very nice restaurant, good kebab, it's true it waits a bit to be served but it's OBVIOUS that I have little staff and that often there is only one girl in the room trying to do what she can to serve everyone. I will be back soon

I've eaten there several times, but every time something went wrong with what was ordered. I'll avoid this place in the future. I waited a full 25 minutes for a kebab... it was simply forgotten?? People who came to the Resti after us had their food before us? I would say system chaos here and would strongly recommend that you change this.

We had been sitting in the half-empty shop for 30 minutes. We had been given tickets, but the listless waitress, who walked through the shop like a lost hamster, was too bad to take our order. She finally came to us with a single chicken box that she didn't know who ordered it. When we pointed out to her that we had been sitting around for half an hour and no one wanted to take our order, she finally took the order listlessly and walked away.

My friends of culinary enjoyment This restaurant lives by the motto ''because they didn't know what they were doing'' Whether you get food here is purely a game of chance, the orders are taken incorrectly and the service employee runs through the restaurant like a lost hamster to serve the customers with absolutely no concept. If you order a kebab here, i.e. the absolute supreme discipline in terms of the production process, you can wait up to 50 minutes. This restaurant is an absolute fiasco, if the food does come after an extremely long wait, then it's just hunger and frustration that drives you to the eating hole, because it has nothing to do with enjoyment anymore. Unfortunately it's not possible to give out no stars, but I think my post gives you an idea of ​​how convinced I am of this ''shed''. NEVER AGAIN! Best regards and good luck

Kebab cold for the second time and boss shows absolutely no interest in his employees selling cold food that should be warm.

Incompetent staff, is already overwhelmed with an order from five people and forgets two orders and doesn't manage to deliver it in a reasonable time.

Jan . 2022: Have to revise my rating, extremely long waiting times - communication is getting worse and worse as are the products (different every day, making a kebab seems to be a science^^) really a shame.... Was there for the first time the day before yesterday, BEST kebab in the region - bread is homemade, you can only get that again in Chur or Zurich, I'm thrilled! I didn't know the place before, I would definitely position the place better in Google. I'll be back :)

Super tasty falafel, you can't get it with fresh apple anywhere else ;) The pizza is made by an original Italian, you can taste it straight away - bravo e mille grazie!
