It was my first time here and I ordered 4 doner kebabs and 3 cans of coke, but I already paid for everything and picked it up myself. Unfortunately I don't get any cans of Coke and I have two guests at home. I'm ashamed of your mistakes.

Unfortunately, even though I asked if I could have the meat fresh and crispy and got a yes as an answer, the meat still comes out of the box. As always, where the meat has been there for ages, it goes straight into the bread instead of at least briefly on the grill or as it is actually heard fresh from the kebab pie But unfortunately you can almost never get the meat fresh anywhere in St. Gallen.

The restaurant is actually nicely decorated but these lone people behind the counter can't keep the orders in their heads, they bring the wrong thing and when you tell them right away they say "no, you ordered this food, bruda" - it's really rude and impudent to give such an answer to the customer . Money or the right food bring FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! such people should be sent back on board. This was the worst experience ever in a restaurant. Especially because I told him what to order 3 times and the wrong one still came and all in a really cheeky and disrespectful manner. I can't recommend it if you want what you ordered. Otherwise nice atmosphere and well-filled kebabs, just eat the wrong thing. The map is almost impossible to read because there are lamps hanging in front of it and it is also written in small letters. For us the best kebab in town. Come regularly, it's always fresh and really tasty. And if something was accidentally swapped, you would immediately get a replacement (where people work, mistakes happen, it's just a question of how much weight you have to give it) The bistro can really only be recommended!

Unfortunately, our experience at the “Kreuz Bistro Pizza Kebap Take Away” was extremely disappointing. We ordered a falafel and a kebab at the counter and were told we could sit down while the food was brought to us. Full of anticipation, we sat down outside and chose three drinks to pass the time. What followed was a truly frustrating wait. After about 25 minutes we noticed customers coming and going while they had already received their orders. This situation made us doubt the efficiency of the restaurant. Puzzled and increasingly hungry, we decided to see if our order had been forgotten. There was a hectic commotion inside the restaurant when we asked. We were assured that the falafel was ready, but the kebab was still missing. What particularly upset us, however, was the fact that the employee with the tattoos suddenly told us that there was no more pocket bread available. The question that occurred to us was: Why weren't we informed about this when we ordered at the counter? It is unacceptable to keep customers waiting for such a long time and then withhold essential information. In view of this unreasonable experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend the "Kreuz Bistro Pizza Kebap Take Away" under any circumstances. The lack of communication, delays and chaos we experienced made us never want to visit this place again. It is unfortunate that such a promising visit had to end in such disappointment.

Ordered two dürüm to take away from a man with a beard and both were made without sauce. Whether due to stupidity or negligence, it's a waste of money and you feel a little ripped off.

Pide (spinach/egg) and kebap (with meat and vegetarian with falafel) and the tiramisu are very tasty. The kebab bread in particular is excellent. Vegetables and kebab meat well balanced. The cucumbers make it extra fresh and crunchy – great!

TRADITIONAL TURKISH DÖNER KEBAB: In my opinion there is no alternative to the Kreuz Bistro. Kebab as we know it from the ORIENT. The bread is handmade and baked Turkish style. You don't get it warm on your plate, but really hot. The meat and fresh ingredients combined with the bread is a real experience for the palate. Best regards

Good food but long waiting time (just eat) Doner tastes excellent, no complaints here. But the fries taste like they were toasted and then bathed in water. Plus an hour waiting time for just a few hundred meters of delivery. If there had been a way to see the waiting time in advance, I would have preferred to order in person. But in conclusion, as a kebab, the cross is excellent, even if the rest still has some catching up to do.

We ordered 2 tacos and 1 dürüm. The Dürüm was made immediately and placed on the grill for 10-15 minutes (until the fries for the tacos were ready). Therefore the Dürüm was very dry. They are very stingy with the sauce and it wasn't spicy either. The "Taco's" are just flatbread with mozzarella, fries and a little sauce, which is then folded into a rectangle. The chicken meat tastes very strange. The tacos were inedible and unfortunately went in the trash. It's a shame that the quality has decreased by 99% with the new owner. The staff isn't that friendly anymore either.

I've been going to this restaurant mainly for meals for several years. The staff is always friendly and the food is top. Definitely one of the best in town!!!

Very unfortunate. Was a regular customer here (of the old/previous owner) and ordered really often. Since the new boss closed the shop, you've just been "unlucky" when things run out. Apparently everything is prepared once a day and if the items run out after lunch, you're out of luck. Then the kebab is only available with lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Red cabbage and other things are then simply gone. Miserable process management. The kebab is now only middle class, the only good thing that differentiates it from the many other shops: fresh chilies. But every other kebab shop can do that too. I'm now looking for a new kebab shop where I shop regularly.

Doner is great, and I assume that others who rate it poorly are either their own employees or relatives of Lachen Imbiss. So anyone who says laughing snacks are better has no idea. The ugliest kebab in the canton of SG, it's just dripping fat, which means the meat is cheap. But if you really want to eat scary food then definitely visit imbis to laugh....... The boss is an absolute man of honor and always friendly and the food tastes good, but in the evenings when the boss is not there the quality is lacking and especially when the man with the beard is there he forgets a few things or behaves unhygienically. I think all the bad reviews are because of him.

Hygiene?! The kebab tasted delicious, then the nasty surprise. My colleague and I then lay flat for 3 days with a severe gastrointestinal infection. A trigger other than the kebab can be ruled out. Therefore, I strongly advise against this restaurant. Hygiene definitely poor!
