From the starter to the main course to the dessert it was a great experience. The local beer was also great. Very satisfied with the service as well as the food. Price is great, gladly again!

Super tasty, fresh and, as far as I can tell, authentic ❤️ The staff is very friendly and attentive, the decor is appropriate. The only thing that stands out is the silence when there aren't many guests there. Personally, we would have found soft background music pleasant.

Next time we will remember to make a reservation in the beautiful Japanese room. Food was very tasty. The vegetarians in the group found it a little more difficult to choose.

Great discovery, good Japanese dishes (gyoza, ramen or mochi) at reasonable prices! A good sweet potato beer! There is a 2nd dining room where you eat sitting cross-legged, you have to take off your shoes. Be careful, small parking lot, only 4 spaces.

I'm overjoyed that we finally have a Japanese restaurant in Biel that serves delicious ramen. To start, I enjoyed Tako Yaki and Tonkotsu Ramen as the main course. Everything was extremely tasty, the service was very friendly, and despite the large number of guests, the food was served quickly. I will definitely eat here again

Not sushi! Refreshing look at Japanese cuisine. The food is very tasty and invites you to try out different things. Service is also very friendly and quick. The restaurant is an old "restaurant" and has been given a Japanese look by the new owners - which makes for an exciting combination. All in all, definitely visit - it's worth it!

The food is very good, the portions are correct, neither too much nor too little. The same goes for the menu, choice, but not too much (which is generally a guarantee of quality). I really want to go back to taste the ramen. Welcoming service and the possibility of eating while seated on tatami mats for a perfect immersion.

Impeccable service. We were even offered sake. The dishes are delicious! The starter of toku karaage (grilled octopus) is stunning. The ramens are delicious (small preference for the pork one) and the broth is delicious! Since the terrace is a small covered space it smelled a lot of smoke since the customers were smoking but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

Very good Japanese restaurant with attentive service. From the outside it doesn't look too promising. The place was probably once a pub, which you can still see inside. The hall with the tatamis gives a very authentic feeling. Mizo soup and tako karaage (fried octopus) were good, the ramen (see picture) was excellent. Prices are very reasonable (see picture) and a yuzu schnapps was offered at the end.

When you taste their teriyaki sauce, and if you have been to Japan, you know the restaurant is far from authentic Japanese cuisine. Ramen was ok, much better than the ramen from Namamen, but 26 CHF for such ramen? I would not pay for that again for sure.

The food was great, the service was friendly. We made reservations 2 weeks in advance for 6 people. After 1.5 hours it means that our table is still reserved! Absolute disgrace, we had barely finished eating. 1.5h for 6 people?! We won't go anymore.

Best Japanese restaurant in the region. Typical and varied food. The katsudon, curry, ramen, everything is very good at fair prices and the service is friendly. Don't forget to taste the excellent gyozas! It's going to be difficult not to come back every week.

I think this is the only truly Japanese and authentic restaurant in the area. No sushi but gyoza, karage, katsudon, etc. And possibility of eating Japanese style, on tatami. Be careful with tall people, you won't be very comfortable on tatami, it's better to go to the table. The food is excellent, the service perfect and responsive and it's not very expensive. Around 40.- for starter, main course, dessert and non-alcoholic drink.

Great welcome, very sober decor with a real Japanese-style dining area on the floor. Finally a Japanese restaurant where cooking and no sushi. Everything was delicious and we even received a little peach wine at the end of the meal.

The Japanese equivalent of an Italian neighbourhood trattoria or a French bistrot/brasserie. No fancy and overpriced sushi, Kobe beef or poisonous fish. Just honest, well cooked and nicely presented everyday food. Absolutely exquisite, tasty, and at the end you feel good. The kind of place you want to keep a secret, but that would be unfair and the owners need all the publicity they can get: it's out of the way (relatively speaking) and it just started. I live two hours away but next time in Biel/Bienne I'll go again.
