Let me explain: you arrive at 6:30 p.m., you want to have a drink inside because it's too windy outside, the boss I quote: have you made a reservation? no we just want to have a drink. It's not possible inside, everything is reserved and I don't know what time people arrive... it's an absurd reaction, at worst we would have had 10 to 15 minutes. Morality, move on, there are other nicer bars in the region.

The refreshment bar terrace offers you a majestic view. It's true that you have to walk 45 minutes uphill to earn this view but it's worth it. The fondue is excellent and the tartlets are a treat. Next time I'm going to try the Röstis which look delicious too. And the icing on the cake, the owners are very friendly. A little advice, call to book as it is a very popular place.

Very disappointing for a magnificent sunny Sunday. We arrived around 12:45 p.m. to eat. When we arrived, we were received very poorly, if not dishonestly. We were aware we hadn't booked but still. It took all that to be able to order 4 drinks. Finally, as there was a minimum of 1 hour wait to order the meal, we went down to eat at Brand where we were received like kings, despite the crowds. Too bad for the Cousimbert refreshment bar because they have a well-appointed but poorly operated kitchen. We were extremely disappointed and we do not recommend this place. Plan a picnic to admire the view and you will have no regrets.

The only welcoming sight in there is the cow sign saying "welcome". We were told off for daring to ask the usual type of food in mountains shelters, "rosti". The woman was very verbally aggressive at us, while we were trying to be friendly. We are very flexible and ordered what they had. It was expensive for that type of place. Worse was man (the owner probably who said it's five years he is there). A guest made the mistake of tilting the empty pan on the table, the man came, complained and lecture the adult man about it in a very angry way. I checked after on trip advisor and I am not surprised they got bad reviews there too. A shame. Not worthy anyway, keep your money and enjoy a picnic around.

De grandes baies vitrées offrent une belle vue, notamment sur la piste de ski.En semaine, l'établissement est fréquenté par des classes de jeunes enfants, ce qui crée pas mal de désordre, mais le personnel balaie et nettoie les tables et les vitres immédiatement après leur passage.Le personnel est sympathique et répond volontiers aux questions des clients.Magnifique et copieuse coupe de glace.

Excellent mountain restaurant with dormitories, rooms, to stop off during a hike. The managers are super welcoming and friendly. The traditional cuisine of the region is excellent (rösti, ham, chalet pasta, double cream meringues, wine), everything is delicious. The view is also superb.
