Great restaurant. we had a table upstairs: lovely decor, chalet atmosphere...exactly what you would want for an après-ski restaurant. Very friendly server and service neither too slow nor too fast. Top meal: very good salad, excellent hamburger, crispy and hot fries. Dessert was good. The whole family ate very well. Superb evening.

The restaurant looks great on the outside and inside. It communicates an experience, historical, romance, conviviality. So you expect a total experience of good food, drinks and excellent service. The food was certainly good. The chef certainly deserves compliments. The drinks are good but extremely pricey for the wines they serve in relation to the experience. The biggest breakdown for us was the service of the staff, generally manager or owner. Everyone was sullen or only spoke one language and was not familiar with their profession at all. They made assumptions and were not involved. So the experience was cold and impersonal. As a guest you want to feel welcome. Guests should be number 1 and want to promote the business. Unfortunately, the current operator has missed the point. Truly a missed opportunity. Furthermore, the food was really tasty.

Without hesitation, one of the best restaurants in Nendaz. The burger doesn't lie, the bread is crispy, the meat cooked to perfection and the foie gras generous. The atmosphere is authentic and the collection of paintings is impressive, the boss will explain the subtleties of these to you . I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat well during their stay in the resort.

The burgers came with bacon, even though that wasn't on the menu. When asked about this, a supposedly “new” burger was conjured up within seconds. This blatant lie is unbelievable. The rest of the food is boring and rather bland.

I was really looking forward to the restaurant but unexpectedly it turned out very badly! Ordered the burger and it had bacon in it even though it didn't say anything on the menu. The waiter was very stressed when I asked him about it. He reluctantly took the food and said that it would take a long time for the new burger to arrive. After 10 seconds the new burger was there, without bacon, supposedly from another table. Very cheeky to lie straight to my face. The second time I spoke to them, I was told not to act so difficult! I am very disappointed with this restaurant. The greedy ones wanted me to pay for everything... wow what a world we live in here. Subterranean customer service designed for profit.

Warm and welcoming place. Very nice establishment in the heart of the Nendaz resort close to the ice rink, shops and the Mer de Glace hotel. Below the restaurant there is a micro brasserie which serves delicious homemade burgers.

Very nice restaurant with typical Swiss mountain food but not only. I went with a group of friends and since we were not too hungry, we ordered only small things to eat. We chose carpaccio, assiette valaisanne, starter decouverte la chasse and a mixed salad. Everything was fresh, local and really delicious. A glass of red wine plus a dessert. We ended up paying about 40 chf per person. I will certainly go back there again if I'm in the area.

We have been going to this restaurant from time to time for 11 years now. Service... Spartan. But the cuisine is always at a good level. The boss can sometimes surprise you. The place is super nice and warm. The service was good until there were a few more tables I can't even imagine when the restaurant is full. The value for money for the starters is the 3 salad leaves for 8 CHF if I remember correctly. And the 2 perch fillets for 18 CHF. Otherwise, in terms of dishes, the quality/price ratio is good. Despite the slightly high price, the starters are good, I recommend the starter with the foie gras, very good. The desserts are also very good, ask for them without whipped cream if you don't like them.

Home ZERO!! They walk past you without a hello... the owner/waiter clearly doesn't hide his joy at seeing customers, he pulls his face and is unpleasant. In short, we ask what they recommend, the boss tells us “have a burger, it’s easier if you can’t decide”. We couldn't even leave the other restaurants around were already all full "yes we had already called restaurants before this one". Finally, we took a fondue... normally it's a value on...……ehhhh no not with them, no taste, too liquid and too oily. And it's unfortunate, they don't even serve you a small salad as a starter or anything. For dessert we still wanted to try a “homemade” dessert, they better have a frozen dessert. The desserts are in the window, the staff comes with a plate and takes the desserts with their bare hands, yes without tongs or gloves. In short VERY VERY BAD service and food….. there you go! Make a reservation at another restaurant in advance if you can.

At first glance, everything you're looking for in the mountains. A beautiful chalet full of charm located in the heart of the resort. But the problems do not take long to arrive, the reception is frosty. Aperitifs are served with a meager ice cube floating alone in the middle of the glass. All-you-can-eat raclette? Don't expect to have the half wheel of cheese in the middle of the table, no no! We bring you piece of melted cheese by piece of melted cheese on a tiny plate. Which makes you feel a little more uncomfortable every time the waiter comes back and forth with his coffee cup of melted cheese. Strictly speaking, if he were friendly and showed that he was happy to bring cheese to the table, the formula could work. On the contrary, it annoys him and he clearly shows it. To make it clear that we had to stop eating raclette, the boss directly got rid of those who were eating fondue as soon as they had finished. We were planning to spend the evening there and drink a few glasses of wine, but it didn't happen. We only had one desire. Leaving this restaurant with the heavy atmosphere installed by the owner is unbearable. Thank you for ruining our only restaurant of the week.

Nice restaurant with very tasty dishes. You can indulge yourself on three levels. There is free parking on the opposite side. The menu is in three languages, which makes ordering really easy. Otherwise you can get on well here with English. The restaurant is close to the cable car, but I wouldn't recommend walking. The view from the roof terrace is really nice. In terms of price, we are in the middle range here. The espresso is super tasty, probably due to the coffee roastery in the building next door.

I called the restaurant to find out if it served fondue for 1 person, I was told royally that yes, when I arrived at the restaurant the waitress took the order, telling me that there would be two portions of fondue, I found that unfair to impose two portions for one person we refused this dish we were poorly served by the waitress I do not recommend this place

This place deserves a double zero, addition 175 euros, dishes without tastes or flavors. The worst part is the boss and his waitress staring at us all evening. We were treated to a commercial smile when paying the bill. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the hospitality towards tourists who don't speak French leaves a lot to be desired. No friendly or warm greeting. It also took a while before we were allowed to order something to drink. Afterwards we were literally shouted at that we weren't really Swiss because we asked whether he spoke German or English. I find it very questionable behavior towards guests in this tourist village. In the end he saved it a bit with small talk. Unfortunately, chairs were uncomfortable, uneven and rocked. Nice restaurant in the heart of Haute-Nendaz with a menu to make you drool! I tried the Montagnard Burger which is just killer: everything is homemade from the bread to the fries, excellent local products, even the side salad is delicious! And it doesn't even drip on your hands. Copious and well presented plate. The soft choc and vanilla ice cream are divine. The prices are very reasonable for a ski resort and given the quality. Very friendly waiter. In short, I recommend it and I will return without hesitation!

Booked early in the week and were first people booked for the night.on arrival we were placed at a table at the top of the stairs in the walkway. No social distancing for incoming and outgoing patrons, including those not wearing masks!It was a shame as it ruined the night and disappointing as the food was so good. Salads were large and full. La moitié des pommes de terre n'était pas assez cuite et les morceaux étaient durs , les lardons pareils , pas assez cuits. Le cuisinier devrait revoir sa recette.Nous avons été déçus. Décoration sympathique et chic. Accueil sans fioriture..Nous avons opté pour 3 raclettes. Nous pensions avoir notre propre chauffe raclette pour le côté convivial et incontournable d'une excellente raclette en montagnes... Mais déception car c'est un seul chauffe raclette pour tout le restaurant et c'était au serveur de nous servir notre fromage. Cela n'a pas le même effet. Malgré tout bon suivi. Les portions sont copieuses et le fromage était très bons.

As we were unable to download the SocialPass application, we had to leave the table and exit the restaurant. We did not appreciate the chef's manner. Good experience nonetheless. That said, we were very kindly welcomed at “Flambeau” who took our details on paper and where the meal was excellent.

Ce restaurant est idéal pour un repas de midi (pause randonnée). L’accueil des garçons au service est très aimable et le service efficace. La carte est un peu trop limitée autours des plats fromages et charcuteries. Les prix sont élevés par rapport aux assiettes servies.

Seit langem wiedermal da gewesen und die Bedienung war super freundlich, Essen war wirklich auch sehr gut (Pizza und Toast grillé). Kleine leckere Knoblauch-Brote zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit und zum abschluss einen süssen Wassermelonen-Shot als kleine Aufmerksamkeit... vielen Dank und sofort wieder!
