This place brings together many local products. Lots of mouth-watering and delicious things!

We went twice, because we were passing through the region, poor reception from the staff on both occasions (both in the looks and in the unpleasant responses) which confirms that in this place if you are a city dweller or a foreigner you will not be welcomed not warmly. Too bad because the place is beautiful and the products are good. But we will not return there a 3rd time.

Point of sale with “high-end” local products, e.g. half wheel of raclette cheese at +/-75 chf!!!! Other local products ditto! “Troistorrents” yogurts more expensive than at the Manor!!!! Payment by card prohibited if less than 10 chf, neither Twint nor direct bancontact, however Swiss BCV card Amazing!!!!

One star is a lot for a raclette cheese that is so fatty that the cows that produce it should follow a slimming diet

Magnificent landscapes and countless, very well prepared slopes

Very good wines, however the salt flutes as an aperitif are overcooked and give off a strong burnt taste. No commercial gesture 😩

Nice choice of local specialties. I recommend their dry sausages. And their pâtés, tender and tasty. A trip to this store and you come out with a real basket :) Try their terrines, a delight.o

Fantastic products from the valley.

It's a shame to refuse to serve a person coming at 7:00 p.m. for a piece of raclette... The image of the welcome in our region takes a small hit to a person passing through here, for this good cheese from the valley. Next time I'll tell him to go straight to the producer. Greetings

Along a winding mountain road, this charming little shop is a true hidden gem. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a delightful array of locally-sourced products that are sure to tempt you. The selection of cheeses and dried meats is simply superb. But the real star of the show is the "Salée de la Vallée" gateau - a local guilty pleasure that I simply can't resist. Every bite is a journey through the hills and valleys of the surrounding countryside, with a perfect balance of savory and sweet that's sure to leave you craving more.

It’s expensive and for tourists, but the products are really good, including the Genepi de Champery at 40% 🤩. The welcome is also very friendly 🤗 and well no the lady served me with no smile and was cold. Really not nice 😒

Do not buy raclette cheese!!! It is sold in pieces and then cut into irregular slices...the last end is a triangular corner unusable in a small raclette oven. Well let's see, who is the winner??? We are clearly better served elsewhere!

We are disappointed with the reception of the store, very cold and not very commercial. We bought several things but the cheese and yogurt had to be thrown away because they were so acidic and bad.....
