The best crepes in town. Normally the food is expensive in Switzerland. However this place is cheap. This is there only place that has Momo's and crepe in one roof. Very cordial staff. Highly recommend them

Good conversations, some work, a nice atmosphere and fine food - that's how the evening I spent with friends in this restaurant some time ago can be summed up. The friendly service is quick and the menu is attractive. Dietary habits are taken into account with clear declarations on the menu and there is something for everyone to enjoy! I will gladly come again!

We loved loved loved our crepes (one adult, two teens). One with nutella and one "deluxe" with ham, cheese, rocket, etc. Service was superb, just a gentle and kind approach, and environment was quaint and cozy.

Pak choi momos which were delicious and homemade jam crepe was especially yummy

I really enjoy ordering and eating at La Chouette - I particularly recommend the crepe Buche de Chevre with leaf spinach and ham. Always delicious 😊

It was very pleasant there. The waiters were flexible and the food was very good. I can recommend it to anyone who likes to go to small restaurants but make a reservation to be on the safe side.

Dry cider.. One of the best I tried. Worth coming for the cider.

Was on October 8th. there. We walked into this shop and were NOT noticed AT ALL by the staff. After waiting for half an hour, we asked when we would be served. The barista said there would be no more service after 12:00 a.m. Well, okay, but we sat down there at 11:40 p.m. & we couldn't figure it out on our own. There we were standing in front of the bar but we were still ignored?!?! The barista preferred chatting to a friend and taking shots with her (in front of us) than serving us... So bottom drawer. We were harassed by a drunk man who sat next to us and shouted the whole time. Even a blind man would have seen how uncomfortable and harassed we felt. But the staff did nothing of the same. In addition, no one asked us for a Corona certificate. The crepes were at least okay... However, it would be a comfortable place. It's a shame.

Visited it recently and the place was cash only. Asked the shop if I could pay in euros because I didn’t have any franc with me. They said yes, but only after I settled the bill and asked them why the change was so little did they mention the fact that they do not apply an exchange rate for euros (so 1 franc = 1 euro). Could have been nice if the shop informs customers beforehand about this. Otherwise, the food was average.

Very cozy. Good selection of drinks. Great crepes. A suitable place to enjoy and end the evening with a conversation. Particularly suitable for night owls as the opening hours are long. The only negative point. Drinks, late, only in plastic cups. But understandable considering the proximity to the riding hall.

Not so easy to find but what you get is just great. Crepes with "Schoggi"... I highly recommend to use homemade chocolate rather than nutella. They put a lot of effort in their work and this is well appreciated.

Great crepes, sweet and savory. A bit small, but gives it the great feel of a homemade crepe (which they are). Their homemade ice tea is amazing, can only recommend to try it while enjoying a crepe.

They tried to get me to pay 16 francs for their "Season Special (Saisonspez)" crepe when I was there last Friday around lunch time, even though the menu I ordered from said 13 francs. Even after they angrily pulled out the menu and saw that it said 13 (as you can see in the photo), did they say, "Oh yes, so sorry, you're right!" No. In fact, they actually got even more angry with ME. I don't get it; are they not used to people paying the price on the menu? Do they always jack up the price by 3 francs between when you order your food and when you pay for it? I can handle rudeness, and I can handle dishonesty -- I can't handle rudeness AND dishonesty though. What a weird experience. There were two people at the counter, and they were both that way. You would think at least one of the two would be either not rude or not dishonest.

The crêpes there are always delicious and the staff has a lot of patience with drunk people. I often go there late at night and it's always tasty and quick

The “mexicana” crepes are definitely my first choice! More suitable for those who are very hungry or for sharing. The creperie is open until the early hours of the morning on weekends, making it the perfect place for a late-night snack!:)

What a pity. 8 CHF for an espresso double? Are we at the airport? Unfortunately, the shy, inexperienced waitresses didn't have a button for a Doppio on the system and therefore simply charged 2x espresso, which had the amount of 1.5... I also work in the catering industry and if I'm clueless, then I act in my own interests of the customer and in this case I would have simply charged 1x espresso out of generosity towards the customer - so I would have liked to add 2 CHF on top as a tip, but not like that. I then complained to them and they said they would see how they could solve it... after 20 minutes they had completely closed the issue for themselves. The crepe was okay - service 1/5 stars as not customer oriented at all.

Large selection of the best crepes. There are also vegan and gluten-free options (buckwheat dough). The restaurant is very small, so it's worth making a reservation. On weekends there are even crepes until early in the morning. Big recommendation!

The crepes and salads are very good. You can take the food and drinks with you or eat them in the creperie. There are 4 tables available outside. But it is very loud because the street is very busy during the day.

Cozy little place five minutes from the train station. On the other side of the road to Bern's alternative hub 'Reitschule'. Open all day from tuesday to saturday, friday and saturday even until 5am. Late night snack here we go. They offer a wide range of vegan crèpes, I prefer the sweet choice but with some extra salt and pepper the salty ones become excellent too. Definitely worth a visit.

Whether salty or sweet, the crepes at La Chouette are always good! It is one of the few places in Bern where you can get a meal for relatively little money. I often opt for the specials. Most of the time they are very well filled and fill you up. La Chouette is small and comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, the entire restaurant is often full. The drinks menu offers many drinks that are beyond the mainstream, which always gets a few plus points for me!
