Lovely little place. The only restaurant in this area so was dubious but the staff were amazing...food was delicious...and we brought the good vibes. Was very quiet with only one other table...but our little group of 5 raised the energy levels.

Loïc is now well established in this restaurant nestled on the heights of Bruson, at the foot of the ski slopes. Very pleasant and diligent service, a varied menu mastered by the kitchen brigade. Excellent meats, beautiful presentation, diligent and generous cuisine. A little earlier, the hunt was very successful. An address to remember, on skis, on foot, or by car.

We went there and were delighted. Hearty and succulent dishes. Lovely starter salad with warm goat's cheese and superb hunting terrine. Impeccable entrecôte. Unique fries, perfect dessert! Very pleasant welcome and service! And the exception of exceptions in Valais: wow the limoncello as a bonus, like in Italy! Six stars!

We went there in the summer. It was in the middle of a gunshot. The server was underwater. We waited a long time for just a beer. We still looked at the menu: it looked good, but the prices were quite expensive. I wouldn't say it's worth the detour. Maybe I'll go back, or maybe not...
