La Croisette is a value out of area restaurants. Just a stone's throw from my business, I once again ate a beautiful and good plate there. A chicken supreme accompanied by röstis and vegetables, it was really good and well served. The staff is very efficient and very helpful, thank you very much :-)

Nous sommes venus de Genève pour découvrir la partie Gastronomique du restaurant « la Croisette ». Ce fut une merveilleuse découverte à plus d’un titre. Tout commence par l’accueil téléphonique, à ne pas négliger, où le patron a pris le temps d’échanger avec moi. Il y a ensuite l’accueil au restaurant lui-même. Sur la gauche le restaurant « traditionnel » et sur la droite la partie gastronomique, où Henri notre très sympathique serveur nous invite à entrer. La salle est magnifique et chaleureuse, les grands fauteuils pourpres sont une invitation au confort, s’y installer est déjà un délice. Difficile de décrire avec les mots justes, le plaisir que nous avons eu à déguster chacun des plats, accompagnés d’un vin que notre serveur nous a conseillé avec une justesse étonnante. Ce fut autant un plaisir visuel, avec des plats dressés à la perfection, aux couleurs et dispositions soignées, qu’un plaisir gustatif offrant à notre palais un feu d’artifice de saveurs délicates.Nous sommes unanimes sur la recommandation que l’on peut faire en vous invitant à venir découvrir ce bel endroit.

La Croisette reste dans le coup, en renouvelant sa carte, en proposant différents types de restauration: gastronomique au Lounge, traditionnelle au restaurant principal, sous forme de buffet pour des "after work" à l'arrière. La cuisine met à l'honneur des produits de qualité et locaux. La sauce à salade, faite maison, est extraordinaire: on est obligé de terminer son assiette en "sauçant" avec un morceau de pain pour ne rien laisser! L'ambiance, toujours détendue et amicale dans ce restaurant en fait l'un de nos préférés en ville du Locle.
