Good atmosphere. No table service

Magnificent terrace to enjoy the sun! Unfortunately the prices are much too expensive compared to other refreshments in the resort.

Quality food, beautiful terrace BUT when the weather is not nice…tiny interior and the staff lets the squatters squat without consuming!!!!!

Although according to Google Maps the restaurant is open until 4:15 p.m., cleaning started at 3:30 p.m. Due to "bad weather", the bar was only open indoors from then on, even though the sun was shining. Unfortunately there are no more deck chairs, which we always valued in previous years.

Too bad the menu has changed There were a lot more choices before And it was much better What happened ??

We have eaten well. We had the pizzas!

It's fun, among other things, to enjoy the sun with any drink

20 minutes waiting outside for tea, a bottle of water and a frozen, not properly cooked pain au chocolat. The staff are not particularly friendly and the prices are exorbitant. The extras are tiny and leave you wanting more.

Very nice refreshment bar, however one downside, the price of the wines, for example the dl of Johannisberg is sold for 5.- ok no worries we are in a resort with a great setting, but where I don't understand the same wine in a bottle of 5 dl is sold for 30.- look for the error and this on all the wines on the list. So if you order 5 dl of wine and take 5 glasses you earn 5.-

Great atmosphere and beautiful setting

It's difficult to talk about the cuisine, I didn't taste it... On the other hand, the dishes I saw passing by were very appetizing and smelled deliciously good. A very pleasant terrace, very well exposed, where you can recharge your batteries between 2 runs with a hot... or cold drink is recommended. A moment of relaxation which offers you a breathtaking view, all to the rhythm of ideal background music. Thank you for these great benches which allow you to relax in front of an unforgettable panorama, while eating. A very friendly team behind the counter!

Cozy place to stop while skiing, you can eat too, they do not have homemade deserts like other similar places

Excellent beautiful view, atmosphere at the aperitif

The Zinal resort remains a magnificent place for skiing. A grandiose spectacle. The mountain of the southern Alps. Superb snowy peaks. In the center of the slopes, there is the marmots altitude restaurant. The marmot refreshment bar. A large terrace facing the sun. There are two cash registers, a chalet for traditional dishes and a chalet for crepes. Fast service, lots of tables and lots of ergonomics. They also serve raclette. The real raclette with the wheel of cheese. A good idea. A nice place for skiers. Music is missing. Soft and engaging music.

Beautiful mountain restaurant with a small but fine selection of food and drinks... Perfect for a break while skiing. Friendly staff... always happy!

Not bad for a ski bar, very happy

Very nice location located in the middle of the slopes. If the sun is out, it's really nice to stay there for a while to have a drink with friends.

Great team, good pizzas, too bad they don't know how to make a good fondue. (no garlic or kirsch) the cheese lacks taste.

Fantastic food, fantastic chairs/benches in the sun! Feels more French than German in terms of accommodation and cuisine, but in my opinion better than the other establishments... Great place!

Expensive but pleasant restaurant, perfect place to seat and enjoy the sun 😎. Hot water and and punch bad for 5 CHF, hot dog for 7,5 CHF. Plenty of space to eat and drink, nice selection of food. Corona rules are respected and you have to show your QR code before you get any food in you are eating inside. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Food is good. 😁

Breathtaking view, friendly and smiling staff, nice atmosphere and even if covid has forced us to reduce the menu and adapt in terms of organization, the quality is still there, we feel that it is done with the heart and that We are welcome. It's nice. I go back there all the time with the children, and with a smile.

Great place. Top hospitality and quality of meals. The only place on the slopes in Zinal that is worth it. If you want to eat well with reasonable prices, stop at La Marmotte.

Beautiful and large terrace, sheltered from the currents

La Marmotte Buvette is more than a bar,,, positioned at an altitude of 2700m above the ski lifts, it offers a practical but well-maintained cuisine, very kind and welcoming staff,,,as well as enjoying good refreshment you can admire the beauty of the Swiss mountain range!!!

Out of every place that I have visited in Zinal this one would have to be my favourite. I honestly have enjoyed my dish. Not only it was filling but also just really good in general. Unlike other restaurants on the slopes, this one has nice benches to sit on with blankets and pillows. The stuff is smiling and helpful- a positive addition.

Amazing location! The view is perfect. The pizza was nice and the live band the highlight. A bit tough to reach with snowshoes.

A superb show of 4000 in a stupid sound environment! . What a shame and what misery...as Einstein said...there is something bigger than the universe, it is human stupidity! As long as the marmot continues to cause noise pollution and is not able to appreciate the silence of the mountain I will no longer set foot there!

Excellent music, very good food (a little expensive, but it's a ski resort), terrace with a view of the slopes and the paragliding takeoff.

Food is good in terms of price/performance. DISPOSABLE STYROPUR CUPS are simply disgusting and should be banned! A reference to the cups was received very unpleasantly and laughed at.

Good food, fast service and fair prices. To see, the picnic is accepted. And the view is magnificent.

Panicchella (or however you spell this) is the best meal ever after a day on the ski slopes!! Provencale is a must eat!!

An institution in the middle of the slopes. Perfect for warming up and eating well
