Barbecue sauce very spicy but very tasty and fresh ingredients 👍

Yummy. Friendly. Cheap. Freshly cooked. Very large selection. Lots of homemade desserts.

Were regular customers, quality is getting worse and worse, I don't even want to know what was in the food. Suppliers are cheeky about tips, tips are included in the price in Switzerland and are not a given.

Food poisoning, says it all. Dürüm was ordered in 5 minutes. Ready but not fresh at all. It also tasted strange, I only ate 3 bites. The same day, stomach pain, diarrhea, fever and chills. I didn't eat anything else that day except this. They have deteriorated a lot in terms of quality.

This is probably the best option for those who want simple yet good quality food. + You don't skimp on toppings + The decor has something of a diner with Balkan charm + The employees are very accommodating + The quality is consistently good + The pizza dough has a great recipe + The price is completely justified

I will never order here again. They told me it would take an hour or more then I said ok then I don't want anything. Then they promised me that they would make our pizza first and deliver it immediately. We have 2 small children and they were hungry. After 1 1/2 hours the pizza arrived. After 45 minutes I called and asked when the pizza was coming. You said immediately. I said why you can't just tell the truth from the start. He then became even bolder

We slacked off a lot and had the best kebab in the area. Picked up kebab and it was cold and the meat was also very dry. The last 3 orders have always been like this...

Doner kebab was nice but the inside is a bit dirty... Lots of desserts and cakes, they look good (but I didn't try them).

The food wasn't good at all. I wouldn't recommend this store. They don't have enough potential for a kebab shop. My Dürum was very bad and that wasn't the first time. The meat has no taste. The employees are very unpotential. They keep asking what you ordered

Pizza, kebab, pasta, no matter what you order, always arrives warm, even hot! And very tasty! Order always arrives on time or even earlier!

First the delivery person goes to the wrong address because the customer isn't being listened to, then we get a pork pizza delivered even though something different was ordered, and we just had a great appetite. Never again at La Palme. Thank you very much for your unreliability.

TWINT payment is written to and I was told it will be expensive for you!! 3.50.- for a Coca Cola I then paid 4.00.- so that you benefit enough…. It's a shame, because a Coca-Cola costs CHF 0.60 in wholesale!!! For me, la Palma no longer exists….

Arrived cold despite a 6 minute drive. Dürüm falls apart while eating. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Waited over an hour for my food on a Thursday when I called La Palma the person was very rude and told me that I should order more if they were supposed to be there earlier... and that I could have called earlier.. .Customer service is not a priority at La Palma

Very good Dürüm and just the right size for me, fair prices. After your meal you are often offered traditional tea or pastries (on the house). Recommended.

It doesn't look very inviting from the outside, but the homemade salad dressing and pizzas were very tasty. Above all, the service was very accommodating. Can only be recommended.

Ordered again for a very long time. Very disappointing. Ordered at 7:55 p.m. (kebap with curry sauce and sandwiches uschi with cocktail sauce). On the phone It said 1 hour. Asked at 9:30 p.m. Said it was on the way. I asked again at 9:50 p.m. We answered and sent it straight away. The food came at 10:17 p.m.!!! The food was warm, but the bread and fries were soft and, in my opinion, had been in the oven for a very long time. Wrong sauce in kebab, cocktail instead of curry. Received 1 bottle of cola as an apology.

Ordered twice and both times the delivery came more than 30 minutes (!) after the stated delivery time. What a shame! Never there again...

The kebab meat is very tasty, but the Cordon Bleu is not a normal Cordon Bleu but filled with a disgusting green mush that no one knows what it is... That's why we are very disappointed with today's delivery... Update from 05/25/21 We totally forgot that we never want to order there again... Now we ordered there for 4 people and my kebab pizza didn't have any kebab on it. I called and complained. Unfortunately, they didn't understand my problem for a good 5 minutes and then they said, "Yes, that's just the way it is. Should we come and bring over some more kebab meat like that?" I was super angry and said that I finally paid for it... All I said was, "Yeah, we have a lot to do today and no time for that." I should just take it off the next time I order. Nope... Sorry... I'll definitely never order from them again!!!! (hoping my brain doesn't suffer from forgetfulness again)

The food wasn't bad, but we had to wait almost an hour for it. (1 pizza, 2 calzones)

Just ordered a kebab pizza and a durum. The Dürum was as ordered and warm and everything was good. But the pizza is a complete disaster. It was shaped like an eye instead of being round, which of course resulted in a lot less material (but at full price). The meat is dried out and partly burned. the edge is bone dry and the cheese tastes like old socks and stretches into 7 meter long threads. It used to be a good and fast shop but those days seem to be over. Unfortunately never again, although La Palma was good for a long time.

Food was only delivered after over an hour, lukewarm Dürüm with what felt like 3 pieces of meat in it, the rest was lettuce and onions. Below average, that was the first and last time.

1.5 hour wait, order wrong, fries soggy, really unappetizing, credit card payment not possible because it was forgotten, had to go to the bank!! UNFRIENDLY! WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

It used to be really good, for a few months now they haven't been able to get anything right, always the wrong sauce etc., really tedious, I don't know what happened in your restaurant that everything is always delivered wrong...

Ordered again today for a long time because I thought we would give La Palma another chance, maybe we were just unlucky once. It will definitely be the last time. Fries in the kebab were not edible (warmed up, partly black, soaked in fat). Only meat & chips (if you can call it that) even though ordered with side dishes. I complained and was only told it was fresh, no replacement, nothing. "Next time you have to order a side dish" - I don't know which "next time" they were talking about...

Everyone who is there should eat there! The food is simply fantastic. I'm looking forward to the next visit.

When I feel like pizza or kebab, I often order from La Palma. The food is in the optimal to good range compared to the other stores and the minimum order cost for free delivery is not as high as other stores. But for me it's 4.3 stars. In order to achieve the 5 stars, the delays would have to be optimized, as it is more common for there to be a long delay in delivery.

We only went in there because we were hungry, thinking it would probably be a boring, typical, run-of-the-mill snack bar like all the other kebab stalls. But they were taught better. My girlfriend got a great pizza and I got a falafel plate where the salad was served really cutely in a bowl made of bread. For dessert there were fresh homemade brownies. I then took a piece of spinach cake home with me because it was also made by hand by the boss. Really tasty only the location right next to the street isn't great but if you eat inside it doesn't matter.

Pizzas tasted great and were warm 👍🏼 Unfortunately they were with 70min!!! Delivered late. This is no longer within the tolerance limit and is not possible. Especially if you explicitly ask how long it will take when ordering...

I'm really disappointed. Well, very expensive and hardly any salad. For the children fries with hamburger we assumed that the fries were sebarat and not in the hamburger a nou gou. And in terms of taste, there are really better ones in Solothurn. Never order again🖓🖓🖓🖓
