La Rotonde de Baby-Plage in Genève

This is La Rotonde de Baby-Plage. During the beautiful seasons, a very nice place to enjoy a cup of ice cream or have an aperitif or coffee or some small meals. They will also serve paninis, ice cream hot dogs and granita or ice cream cones to take away to enjoy while you walk along the lake.

Nice spot with sand to gently enter the water of Lake Geneva. Please respect the animals, especially the swans, who are not wary enough of people. They are herbivores and too much bread can kill them. Same for ducks

Small beach on Lake Geneva in Geneva, a nice place to take the children to see the swans, mallard ducks and other moorhens up close. There are a few small swings for children before continuing the walk towards the Jet d'eau, passing by the freshwater port of Geneva, free tourist attractions except for walks on the lake. The place is magnificent and clean, young and old alike will enjoy seeing it. And the city center is not far away on foot. As for parking, remember to provide parking discs otherwise there are also paid parking lots but spaces are expensive to find.

Mythical beach on the banks of Lake Geneva, where it is good to spend time. High occupancy rate on weekends, it's better to favor the week when you can: after work for example, it's great. There are public toilets and showers. Beautiful beach with stones but nice.. Definitely worth going. It is best to leave the car in the parking lot. This parking lot is cheaper and safer. So it's better to go there on foot, there is a toilet and restaurant next to it, this restaurant is terribly expensive but also delicious. Unfortunately the food comes in larger plates and small rations. Otherwise it's ok.

I visited on May 6th, and there were a certain number of people enjoying bathing in the lake. (The temperature was around 17℃ and the water was still cold, so many people were feeling cold.) You can see the swans of Lake Geneva up close.

Each time I come there it is either smelly with fish or there are lots of excrement on the shore. Could be very nice place but is not clean enough to come with kids.

Right in the center of Geneva, such a beautiful place. It all looks great. It's worth a visit and it's even worth getting your feet wet because the place is absolutely delicious. And all this in the center. Just a fairy tale.

In winter with the sun it's perfect! We take advantage of this place which is not crowded but lively with walkers and their dogs, children on swings and courageous swimmers and athletes of all kinds.

The baby beach is a safe location for children to play and be near the waters' edge.

Nice place to watch the sunset. The sandy beach is small but the pebble beach stretches further along the lake. There is limited shade as the trees are not mature. Will be busy on sunny days but you can always find a space to sit down on the grass or pebble beach. The toilets are futuristic.
