It was a team event from the office that we cooked the food ourselves, with the help of the chef. I'm not a big fan of preparing the food myself in a restaurant. But thanks to the experienced chef, it tasted good, but it wasn't exceptional. The location has tons of different whiskeys - a paradise for lovers of this liquor. But I don't like whiskey schnapps myself.

Even though at first I wasn't really looking forward to cooking my own dinner in a restaurant - the chefs can do that much better in a good restaurant - it was an excellent occasion that was well prepared and carried out by chef Urs Hauri and his brigade . This was not only expressed in the very high quality food. What was particularly impressive were the explanations mentioned between the lines about how warm a piece of meat should be (56 degrees), how to insert the temperature probe into the meat, how to prepare a risotto in such a way that it can be finished in just a few steps, how to prepare a sea bream fillet without making the kitchen taste like fried fish. Making crème brulee in a combi steamer can be done at home without any problems. The very informal atmosphere was accompanied by a well-selected series of northern to southern Italian wines and short explanations. In short, an extremely entertaining evening with a rare depth to what is usually presented to you. Chapeau or better Toq off!
