It's been a long time since I last stopped in this business. Since the last time it has changed a lot. New decor and layout. The service was OK but you could see that the person at the preferred service was chatting with people she knew because we were served in a hurry. The very calm atmosphere because there are several games for customers. Good experience, not great.

Cappuccino a little weak. Lots of foam but not very consistent. There are better foams for Cappuccino. The atmosphere is cozy, yes.

The truth is, everything was perfect, the cappuccino with croissant, the atmosphere was super relaxed first thing in the morning, waitress ☺️ very friendly

Frankly, the terrace is pleasant to sit on, the waitress is moderately friendly and the atmosphere is not very positive.

Very long waiting time. Afterwards, another guest called the service staff's attention to us...The waitress then became very rude and loud towards the other guest. We were shocked and then decided to leave.. Very unprofessional! We wouldn't have a problem with the wait... but the tone towards the other guest... that's an absolute no go in the catering industry!
