We went to eat at La Tonnella this last weekend as a team of 9. We ate very well there but the service was really to be desired... We spent almost 500.- because we ate all afternoon but we had to each time 30-45min to receive our drinks… I find it quite scandalous to treat customers like this… I still give it 4 stars because the food is really good.

We had reserved a table inside for 3 people, including 1 with reduced mobility. When calling I made it clear that there was a person in a wheelchair and they told me it was accessible. De plus les serveurs n'esquissait pas la moindre envie de travailler tant leur visage donner l'impression d'avoir été forcés à bosser à l'exception de 2-3 serveurs très sympathiques. Concernant la nourriture, c'est la seule raison que je mets 2 étoiles à cet établissement. Pour ma part pas trop déçu mais pas incroyable non plus. Mais concernant ma copine avec moi à table elle avait expressément demander une pizza au thon en insistant bien sur le détail qu'elle ne voulait pas de câpres sur sa pizza. Après 20 minutes encore après avoir pris commande, nos 2 pizzas arrivent avec un serveur assez sympathique pour une fois, la pizza de ma copine arrive avec sans surprise DES CAPRES !!!!!!!! Je trouve ceci d'autant plus dommage de part leur situation géographique exceptionnelle et part la réouverture des terrasses après de nombreux de mois de fermeture. Il faudrait faire un effort même un énorme effort à propos de son personnel et du service très mal organisé. Voila pour mon avis malheureusement négatif mais honnête.
