We are here for the first and not the last time. The rooms are really nice and the atmosphere on the terrace is also great. A large selection of pizzas on the menu. The staff super friendly and smiling. We felt like we were in Italy. The pasta dish was great. Probably the best Italian in Bülach area.

We usually ate lunch at La Vecchia Cantina. The staff is very friendly, the pizzas are great and we always liked the other menus too. The terrace was recently redesigned and almost looks like a real beer garden, just with pizza instead of knuckles.

We went there for dinner yesterday which was quite good. However, as a wheelchair user, I searched in vain for the wheelchair parking space listed on Google and it is absolutely bad that there is simply no wheelchair toilet. In addition, as German speakers, we were served by a service lady who only spoke Italian. I ordered a non-alcoholic beer which I showed her on the menu. But I got an alcoholic beer. That's not possible, even if the boss has seen it and apologized. There will be no further visits from me there.

We have been guests at Vecchia Cantina for many years and are always very satisfied! The patron is very hospitable and accommodating, the atmosphere is always cozy and the food is very delicious. The offer ranges from delicious starters such as salads to pizza, pasta and also more special dishes, some from Portuguese cuisine. There are also monthly specials like burgers on the menu, which were always delicious! We have also often ordered pizza as take-away. The waiting time for this is very short, which we really appreciate. What should also be mentioned is the beautiful garden seating area, which has been enlarged and beautified again for this summer. In recent years it has been very comfortable to sit and relax outside, we are already looking forward to the next visits this summer!

I went a while ago and to tell the truth, given the wood-fired oven, I was expecting a good pizza which instead disappointed me.

I have eaten at this restaurant three times. Unfortunately, it gets worse every time. Both food and service. We were in the restaurant on Sunday at 5:50 p.m. and waited a long time to order the drinks, which can happen but shouldn't. But when we waited more than 1 hour for JUST the starter, the service lady said "We're sorry, we're overwhelmed" (the restaurant was 50% full) but unfortunately it got even worse - we then had to wait for the main course Waited over 1.75 hours - PIZZA AND PASTA, NO MAGIC! - and then the wrong food was delivered. SO A TOTAL FAILURE FOR US! No apology from the owner, no comment and just plain weak! --> saving on personnel is usually the wrong direction --> Food average --> Service very weak --> Communication really bad We will look for another restaurant and unfortunately we cannot recommend this location.

I've been to this location with a couple of my mates and we had a great evening. The staff is great, friendly, helpful and pretty speedy. The location is nicely decorated, clean and due to Covid-19 they have built a good concept to accomodate enough people but still have the precautious measurements. I had a pizza 4 formaggi and a mixed salade. Both were beyond delicious. Unfortunately due to governments rules we had to leave the restaurant by 11pm but this was not the owner's fault. It was my first time in this restaurant but definitely not my last time.

Top food and very fast service.

The Pizza Romantica from the wood-fired oven was delicious and juicy, just the way I like it. What wasn't great was the long waiting time of over 30 minutes and that was over lunchtime. To be fair, it has to be said that the place was almost full. Hence the 4 star rating.

Leider war der Abend nicht, wie wir ihn geplant hatten.Papa und Tochter haben Hunger, also dann ab in eine Pizzeria.Ausreichend Parkplätze, das Lokal war am Freitagabend gut besucht, viele italienische Landsleute mit ihren Kindern. Das Team ist sehr freundlich, sie haben aber leider kein Gastrobenzin im Blut. Das Ambiente erinnert durch den grossen Raum eher an einen Wartesaal. Über Mittag wäre es wohl ok, abends würde ich nicht nochmal herkommen. Ein einfacher Vorspeisensalat, die Pizza mit den Meeresfrüchten war leider in der Mitte durchgeweicht und es fehlte irgendwie der Pepp. Die Carbonara meiner Tochter hat Sie leider nicht fertiggegessen und ich durfte ihr dann zuhause eine Carbonara alla Papa kochen........ leider keine Wiederholungsgefahr.....

I like the quality of the food and the interior atmosphere.

Von aussen eher unscheinbar und in einem Geschäftsgebäude versteckt, ging ich zuerst von einer "Kantine" aus. Das Restaurant hat jedoch auch Abends geöffnet. Einfach gehalten mit südländischen Flair lohnt sich ein Besuch durchaus. Die Küche ist sehr gut und auch Preis-/Leistung stimmt hier.

Die Gastgeber sind insgesamt zwar sehr nett, aber es wirkt nicht, als hätten sie Gastronomie wirklich gelernt. Abends herrscht im Restaurant oft gähnende Leere, was der grosse, hallenähnliche Raum noch verstärkt. Die Pizza schwankt von schlecht/zäh bis okay, kommt auf die Tagesform an. Warum kein Prosciutto cotto auf die Pizza kommt, erschliesst sich mir auch nicht. Es gibt nur Truthahnschinken wie in den Kebap-Läden. Meine Freunde haben mir zudem abgeraten die Pasta zu probieren, ich hatte immer nur Pizza. Zwar zwei/drei Franken billiger als die Konkurrenz, trotzdem würde ich es aber nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Einrichtung vielleicht ein wenig kalt ( ? ), oder zumindest nicht mein Geschmack, aber der Service ist auch sehr freundlich und einladend. Ihre Pizza sind wirklich gut, so ist alles, was ich habe es ausprobiert. Mein Favorit ist allerdings, Carpaccio.

Nette Bedienung gute Auswahl. Schneller Service auch bei rushhour über Mittag. Holzofen pizza! Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Nicht nur Pizza - nein, die ganze Palette italienischer Spezialitäten ist zu fairen Preisen erhältlich. Die Zubereitung ist "wie bei Mamma" und schmeckt lecker. Das Ambiente ist eben eher "Cantina" - das Lokal wird vor allem über Mittag gut besucht. Immer wieder gerne!

Es ist eine supergute Pizzeria! Auch sonstiges italienisches Essen ist sehr gut. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und angenehm. Es hat immer sehr viele Italiener dort, also muss die Küche gut sein!!!
