The service attitude is very poor. A small bottle of water sold in the supermarket for 1chf cost me 5chf. I looked at the menu and ate at their house normally, and the drinks were cheaper than water. Finally, I bought a drink and was told that I had to drink it in the store and could not take it away. And to evade taxes, only cash is accepted. If you pay by card, you will be charged more.

The service was terrible not only we were treated with ignorance and disrespect yet we also waited an hour for our food. The food is frozen and when we ordered our steaks medium rare they came well done the only reason this restaurant deserves a star is for their lake view,Not recommended.

A very friendly waitress welcomed us, offered us a cold beer, ice cream for the children and then we ordered a charcuterie and cheese board from the region and it was wonderful. We were a group of 5 people, we arrived 45 minutes before closing to drink coffee/hot chocolate and obviously the staff was tired/exhausted. The welcome was not warm at all. We wondered if we should leave... However, I understand the difficulty of maintaining a perfect welcome, smiling at everyone (even people who don't deserve it) every day and every opening hour. We have, I think, encountered a bad day. If I come back to do the Grammont, I will certainly stop elsewhere for a drink/eat. However, good luck to the whole team!
