Excellent variety and delicious chocolate

Super chocolate of the highest quality, elegant and refined packaging just like the shops. Inside there is an inebriating scent... A little expensive for us Italians, but every now and then it's nice to give yourself a nice gift!

The high-class chocolate shop occupies an important place within gourmet gastronomy. This chocolate factory was founded in Switzerland in 1962, although it did not originate in the heart of Bern, it grew exponentially at a national and international level. Just a 2-minute walk from the clock tower, this being an iconic and highly attractive construction in the city, in an environment of cobbled streets with arcades with sloping underground entrances, on this main street Marktegasse, we find the chocolate shop. The artisanal skill, the exquisiteness of the raw materials and the final presentation make this product facilitate a unique sensory experience. Their creations are delicatessens with great quality in their flavors and textures.

Excellent experience. I went to Switzerland in 2019 and was able to enjoy the famous chocolates. Nestlé, Toblerone, Läderach, etc. This store located in a train station is easily accessible, however, like everything in Switzerland, their chocolates are expensive.

When I opened the door I was embraced by a warm and sweet smell that brought me back to life. I bought a bar of chocolate and I could feel my senses focusing on the experience. The taste was intense and satisfying, like a kiss that transported me to another world. I felt my heart fill with joy and I knew I would come again. Because in this chocolate shop I had found what I was looking for: forgetting the world around me and fulfilling my sweet cravings.

Yesterday I went to buy chocolate in Läderach shop in bern Raiway station. Normally I am your daily Customer and I really appreciate your chocolate Company but Yesterday I was mistaken buy a chocolate then after 3 hours i went to return and buy another chocolate but they told me that as per Switzerland law, We are not accepted can’t. The way of talking is very bad and unprofessional. They don’t know how to respect and treat with costumer. They need more practice to respect the chocolate. Unprofessional employers.

I bought chocolates from Läderach sihlcity zh which were poorly packaged and all fell out of the package on my trip to Bern. When I arrived in Bern, Ms. Wüthrich and the team took excellent care of my concerns. High marks for this customer contact. Thank you

Once you go in the store you smell all the good fresh chocolate, the chocolate is delicious, the lady that worked there is very kind and helped me pick chocolate easily

Chocolate lover's paradise. Wanted to take a photo of the mini chocolate mousse we had but it was to delicous to take the time. Beautiful shop with too many choices. Was difficult to choose. The art of the chocolatier is outstanding. The taste is devine. The evidence of eating too nany will be on my hips forever...

Rude untrained employees ,i asked for the chocolate cookies that Lederach was selling and they replied rudely we do not sell cookies here ,you can go to starbucks for cookies.Then when i told that i bought them many times from Laderach shops they said we stopped selling them.Also they overcharged me and when i told them that, i had to wait 30 minutes because they did not know how to cancel the old receipt and return the rest of the money .Training the employees would be nice.

I tried some chocolates, they were gorgeous, in particular, I really enjoyed the grand cru Brasil

The best chocolate in the world

Very good artisanal chocolate but not welcoming and unfriendly staff (2019 11 19 @ 4pm) who looks down upon us. I'll go in another shop next time..

The chocolate is absolutely amazing. There is no discussion about the prices. What's not so good is that the owners are politically active in conservative circles. Unfortunately, this was confirmed today in the online media, which I don't think is so good. If possible, a CEO's political views should be kept under wraps! However, I strongly condemn the left's butyric acid attack.

The big amount you pay for this chocolate is equal to the quality you get. I cannot say it is an expensive chocolate I can say it is a delight to taste it and worthy to do it once a month 😉

I go shopping about every two months and have always received very friendly service.
