Super nice attentive service, very tasty food.

Went to Adler Zuckenriet for lunch. The Cordonbleu Italian with Gorgonzola was very good, we had to wait a little too long for the food to arrive, but the friendly service staff handled it brilliantly. The ambience and facilities are partly outdated, but give the Jägerstube a special touch.

Portions have become massively smaller for the same price. Pork cordon bleu was slightly sauteed and fried tasted strange.

Today we had lunch at Adler with 6 people. The welcome from the learners Mona was very warm. Even special requests for the menu were absolutely no problem for her. Mona was very attentive and very competent and courteous in every situation. Anyone who has such a service employee can count themselves lucky. All menus were excellent and had the same quality as the service. The price-performance ratio is therefore absolutely fine. I can therefore warmly recommend Adler to anyone who wants to eat well. If he is then served by Mona, there is even the 5er and the Weggli 👍🏻☺️

Landgasthof Adler - Where apprentices become master waiters. Her professionalism is so high that even the most experienced waiters should take a course with Mona. The Cordon Bleu Arabica is the secret superstar of the menu - nice and spicy and accompanied by a vegetable ensemble that is so delicious that you forget that there are also fries and, as if that wasn't enough, there is a free dessert. The Landgasthof Adler is definitely more than just a place to eat - it is a place where the magic of the kitchen and the warmth of the service staff belong together.

Only twice so far but these definitely won't be the last two times. The Cordonbleus are perfect, portions are decent. The service is particularly noteworthy here, unfortunately I don't know the lady's name but that's how service works! As a customer you feel valued and at home. We will be back definitely. Ps it's best to reserve early.

In particular, the teacher who chose a career in gastronomy in her second educational opportunity was very friendly, attentive and professional. You can see that the staff enjoy their work. Discovered this gem of a restaurant from a local friend. I have dined in for both lunch and dinner and always left happy and satisfied. The atmosphere is super laid back and welcoming, with a beautiful garden terrace patio. The staff is on point with service, friendliness, and patience especially for someone who does not speak Swiss German. I have had the pleasure of trying several items on their menu. In my last visit I had the mixed green salad, shrimp appetizer, and for my main course, the Metti’s Cordon Bleu. Everything was so delicious! And not to forgot their great beer and wine selection. If you get to this part of Switzerland you should definitely dine in at Langastof Adler Zuckenriet Restaurant, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful food and great service!

The portions were very small, surprise that side dishes had to be ordered separately and ordered separately. The quality of the food was good. However, it is not in a price-performance ratio. What bothered us was that the waitress's daughter had bare feet in worn-out shoes. If so, please do so with well-groomed feet. We didn't like the atmosphere in one room at all. Everything was old and dingy.

Very friendly staff, professional service, super delicious food. The food is good, bourgeois. Due to the large number of guests, you have to bring some time. The terrace is beautifully covered and pleasant. You really enjoy spending time here and even have a glimpse of the Säntis. I'd love to see you again!

2023: We decided to give Landgasthof Adler another chance and this time the service was great again, the food was excellent. Glad to see that it's "back to normal". Back to 5 stars. Just the atmosphere needs a freshup. We will be back. :-) 2022: Unfortunately I need to revise my previous review which was a 5 star review. There are multiple things which became worse since I visited the first time. Let's start with the parking. There is now a new construction building, using up half of the parking spots previously available. This creates a chaotic parking environment. The drinks during apero were way oversugared. Both Aperol and Lillet just tasted like a sweet soda drink, nothing left of the taste of the original drink. Then we had a pretty bad experience with our waitress. She came very late to our table, excused herself that there were a lot of guests (only half the restaurant was occupied). We ordered the famous Cordon Bleu and especially noticed we want with Beef meat. It took over 30 minutes until we got our dinner. The Cordon Bleus were tasty, however we were pretty sure we got Pork instead of the ordered veal (looked like pork, tasted like pork). But of course we were billed for the beef (+10 chf surcharge). We also ordered a glass of wine with the meal, but got the wine 15 min later again. So we were really disappointed by our latest visit. It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious meal in such a great atmosphere with such friendly staff. Great daily menu card. And our dog Jenni was allowed to come along too, bravo!!!

A beautiful restaurant with many halls, ideal as an event restaurant for weddings or other occasions. In summer you can sit outside as there is a large terrace. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The Adler is best known for its Cordonbleus, which are really very good. But you can also find other very good dishes or desserts. It is advisable to reserve in advance.

The Adler restaurant has plenty of parking spaces and impresses with good cordon bleu and large portions at reasonable prices. The waitresses are friendly and the food is served quickly. Unfortunately, on the last visit there was only one server for the entire hall, which was clearly overloaded. Therefore we had to wait a long time (45 minutes) after the main course and didn't order any more dessert. We were ignored, which was a shame.

the food was sensational. But what impressed me even more was the great and courteous service. In particular, the attention given to children is not at all a given. We'll definitely come back.

Dear Adler hosts Waiting 5/4 hours for food like this evening is too long, despite all the love. And if the food isn't quite warm, it's no longer enjoyable. Please adjust the number of tables to the number of staff. The service was very friendly, despite the great time pressure.

Waited too long, was practically forgotten in the next room, we were in a hurry to take the food order, but we waited a long time for the aperitif we ordered early. We waited even longer for the main course. The greeting from the kitchen was very daring, culinary, it wasn't a currywurst, bratwurst with gravy... and a brushstroke of dried curry? For me as a cook, I would have preferred not to have sent one or something else. My friend's martini was cleared away, when he said there was something else in it, the waiter said "ice water"? No comment. The carpaccio, an appetizer for 26.50, was very tight, as thin as newspaper and about 5-6 slices soaked up with salad dressing. I thought it was a shame, but there was enough cheese. The food was good, but we are used to better from Adler! Hence the high expectations... no offense

Just had dinner there. Great meal, great cordon bleu, then big disappointment with the bill. Cordon Bleu for 24.50 is a good price, but croquettes for 6.50 and then vegetables for 7.50 so total of the side dishes Fr. 14.- is too much. Otherwise highly recommended.

We were 6 adults and 2 children. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The house's recommendation was suggested to us for the aperitif, which we gratefully accepted and we can only recommend. The soup with the puff pastry on the cup was original, hot and very good. There is a separate and diverse menu for children. The Cordonbleus, especially my Arabic (with a very good spiciness) were absolutely top. Our service was attentive, competent and very friendly. We'd love to come back.

Since I have celiac disease (gluten intolerance), I informed myself in advance by email - I received very friendly and expert feedback. Dishes are not declared on the menu, but some are possible upon request. I chose an unbreaded cordon bleu with fries. For dessert there were two scoops of sorbet - super delicious! The service staff was very friendly and asked directly in the kitchen if there was any uncertainty.

Very nice service, great terrace and sensational cordon bleu! Sausage and cheese salad tastes very tasty. Desserts are great too. There is a playground for the little ones outside. Schnitzel fries excellent!

There were two of us with three kids for lunch. The welcome was very warm and everything was prepared for our kids: a high chair was set up for us. A children's menu and painting supplies have been specially prepared. The food tasted very good and the kids were served first in fun plates.
