One of the best restaurants in the east Switzerland 🇨🇭 very tasty food, great presentation and service. And the prices are not exaggerated. Edited in Feb 2024: still as great as before!

The food is simply awesome. I had game. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and a fire warms you on cold winter evenings.

If you go out to eat several times in the same week you always have the same autumnal garnish, very sweet and soggy. The pumpkin soup for 2.50 is also questionable. We won't be coming back any time soon. Although the service was always sensational.

We had dinner at the Heidelberg restaurant. What can I say? 1a cuisine, very friendly and attentive service, quiet atmosphere and really, really good food at a very high level. Expensive but definitely worth the price.

We went to the Heidelberg Restaurant again and were simply thrilled. The wishes of the guests are taken into consideration (e.g. allergies). The food tastes really delicious and the employees are very friendly. The evening in Heidelberg becomes an experience.

We had an excellent meal here. The service was also great. Were in the area again and were hungry. I can only repeat myself. excellent food and super friendly service. Everything fits here.

We spontaneously went there to eat ice cream. Despite the fact that they had a lot of food, we still got a table outside for 4. Friendly service, we only had to wait quite a long time for the dessert itself. But all in all good!

We have reserved the hotel rooms for our wedding. Everything worked out as agreed. As a bride and groom, we were even able to go into our room the day before to prepare things :) The staff is very accommodating, the rooms are very clean and nice :)

All employees as well as the innkeepers are very family and child friendly 😁 Menu very balanced and production of the dishes/sauces etc. as you are used to when professionals are at work. It's worth stopping by because it's not for nothing that this restaurant/hotel belongs to the guild ⭐️

Very nice hotel with good gastronomy. I had a spacious single room on the 2nd floor. The room is modernly furnished, the bathroom is very clean and attractive. Very friendly staff!

Five out of five stars! Just wow. We had nothing but great experiences in Heidelberg and really enjoy celebrating our families there. The atmosphere is classy and yet very familiar. The service is always friendly, very attentive and professional. It's fun to eat there, even if the prices are a little higher, it's worth the experience.

The photo says it all - it was delicious, prepared with love. The staff is top notch friendlier.

It's nice to always be served and accompanied by one person, who is remarkably attentive. I will gladly come again. The visit alone is also worth it.

We visited the restaurant for the first time and were extremely pleasantly surprised. A wonderful fireplace room and a menu that makes you want to order several menu items at once. The food was wonderful, the service was very professional and the prices were "more than fair" for this quality! All in all highly recommended!

I must say that the restaurant is truly of a high standard. We had dinner and slept here during a business trip. The rooms are well looked after and the continental breakfast is plentiful. Unfortunately, the area does not offer many other attractions, to reach the center of Winterthur you have to travel by car. If you are traveling for work I would say it is very valid.

Nice restaurant. Nice garden economy. For me it's a bit too fancy and a bit expensive. Herb noodles with chanterelles and vegetables. 32.- is a bit exaggerated. But I have to say, everything was delicious.

Restaurant not the cheapest but the quality and service made up for it. The great and imaginative cuisine is highly recommended (depending on your budget). The garden restaurant as well as the interior of the restaurant are beautifully and invitingly decorated. There are enough parking spaces available.

We were excited to attend a training session at the Griesser company in this hotel. We were thrilled. - super friendly staff - great cuisine, the menu leaves nothing to be desired. - the rooms are modern and well maintained - the breakfast is decent and the service is very attentive. Our company held a 2-day seminar in Heidelberg in Aadorf and we were thrilled: well-equipped seminar room, attentive and friendly staff, wonderful food, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful rooms - what more could you want? We will be back!

Very comfortably furnished restaurant, you feel at home despite the size of the dining room. The menu is exceptional and delicious (good selection, but still manageable). The only slight point of criticism: the dishes that were served were very strongly seasoned, almost over-spiced, here less would perhaps be more (but this is criticism at a high level!)

Price/performance is right. Very nice and attentive service
