Very good food, everything was very tasty, the staff was very friendly, a safe tip for the region

There were 5 of us in the restaurant. The ambience immediately impressed us. Despite the house being full, we were served very quickly and didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. The food was excellent. The three vegetarians among us didn't miss out either. Thank you for the great evening. :)

Very nice atmosphere. The tables are far apart, so there is a lot of privacy. Food super fine. Service friendly. It also has high chairs for children. Dogs are also allowed in. Reservation in advance is desirable as there are only two of you.

Not going to lie, I did not think too highly of food in Switzerland in general. This restaurant stood out. While it was not anything out of the ordinary in concept it tasted wonderful and the person running the place was very pleasant, we had a great chat. Food excellent. Beef fillet skewer was very good. Homemade herb butter and the best fries I've ever eaten. Cordon bleu was also great. If you value ambience, you've come to the wrong place. Very worn furniture.

The cordon bleu and beef skewers were amazing! But the service was out of this world! Our German isn’t great and the waitress was so kind and translated the menu for us. Cute old fashioned atmosphere. Even some cool old coke pictures too

The restaurant didn't have a menu, I ordered Rosti but it wasn't Rosti, it was a paste, something similar to Romanian puffs like some snacks. Instead of lemonade, I drank Sprite. The owner didn't issue a tax receipt/receipt, let's see exactly what we paid.

Such a delicious meal. Owners speak good English. They think along with you, it was really 10/10! I requested a small portion, that was no problem.

The restaurant surprises you with what it should, i.e. delicious food. Quite inconspicuous from the entrance, short menu in the local language, so if someone knows German, most people will understand it. Others can use the translator on the phone, or ask the very nice staff - everyone speaks excellent English. We had ravioli stuffed with asparagus, in the same sauce and, surprise, with asparagus. Delicious. It's a pity that I refused bread and had to eat the sauce with a fork😂😂. The second course is Fish & chips. Here it is enriched with mega lettuce, radishes and turnips, and a delicious sauce. Apart from the tartar sauce. Homemade wine and a men's drink, i.e. liquid bread, completed the evening. We recommend it 😀

Absolute surprise: great food, fresh, lovingly cooked and arranged, attentive service, ambience clean, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. We will be back definitely. It's worth a visit :-)

Excellent cuisine, great ambience.

Was allowed to enjoy the wedding reception in the country house as a best man. Everything was perfect and the weather cooperated too. We were able to enjoy the aperitif on the terrace in front of the large hall. Everyone was very happy with their choice of restaurant. Absolutely amazing kitchen! We got the paneer spinach and the curry with a bunch of side dishes and we got to serve ourselves so we could try everything! Love it!

Went there spontaneously, an absolute coincidence with probably the most delicious “Öpfelchüechli”! They also took care of the water bowl for the dog. Just great!

Cozy atmosphere, very good service, food some of the best we have eaten recently. From the greetings from the kitchen, to the salad, to the excellent-tasting ravioli to the game bird, everything was great. Absolutely recommended 👍

Yesterday we took advantage of the take away offer, highly recommended! Super tasty, reasonable quantity, nothing to complain about.

We were there twice for dinner. Very fine, large portions as well as a selection of desserts. The conditions are also friendly and pleasant. Nice atmosphere, we'll come back when we get the chance :)

The country house is a very down-to-earth and honest inn with an excellent menu. The dishes all seem to be freshly prepared, as there wasn't everything on the menu later in the evening (but there was certainly still enough to round off a day of skiing). There is a lot of emphasis on regionality. Both vegetarians and meat eaters will be happy here. Gladly again!

Stumbled across the country house by chance to avoid the traffic jam in Zurich and will probably do this more often in the future. We were warmly welcomed, were able to play cards comfortably and then feast on the small and delicious menu. The nut salad and the capuns were really great!

I had the cordon bleu and it was AMAZING!!! This is one of my fa favorite meals when I am in Germany, so it was great to see it on the menu here.

I've been traveling Europe for months, and our stop at Landhaus was by far the best meal we've had. The food is fresh, immaculately plated, and downright delicious. The sauces, seasonings, and dressings are still making my mouth water weeks later. I would go out of my way to eat here if possible.

Nice pub with a summer garden and live sport TVs. Owners are very nice people, they helped us when we had some issues with accommodation. You can pay with a credit card, wifi is available as well.
