Makes tasty kebabs of good quality, reasonably priced.

Frühner was super tasty, it tasted really good, super quick and nice. Today, after a long time, I picked up a dürüm and chicken nugget box again and was very disappointed. The cook was too slow. It's a shame he was the best at laughing, but now I can't find it anymore

Far too expensive for a kebab box. CHF 11.-- for low-quality kebab meat that mainly consists of sausage meat and minced meat. The meat should be visible in recognizable layers on the skewer, this is called yaprak (meat flap) and is also advertised in good shops. Traditionally, a kebab consists of beef or veal marinated in yogurt and spices. Lean pieces of meat alternate with fatty ones. I'm happy to pay more for good quality!

Clearly the best kebab in Lachen. Not incredibly good, but to be honest, everyone else is really pretty bad - so the bar isn't particularly high. The Dürüm is always well filled. The pocket bread is even made from scratch, but I still like the Dürüm better. Unfortunately they don't accept cards - that should really change in 2022!
