He arrived to put the placemat with the cutlery and napkin on me, and when I told him I just wanted a plate of fries he took everything away... No more cutlery, no placemat, instead I had a huge plate of fries with 4 toothpicks. I went to point it out to him and he kindly told me that I didn't need cutlery to eat my fries, and obviously I didn't need a placemat either. Never had an ashtray so I stubbed out my cigarettes on the floor as best I could. In short, I am very disappointed with the table service, because the food is good all the same.
