We decided to go to this place at our stay in Bulle, they gave us a tiny table. Structure is an old house but has its own Swiss vibe. We waited a lot cause some staff were sick and there was a lot of people. Food was okay but not the best thing that I ever had. I saw they do fondue chinoise too

Bar BQ became my HQ very quickly. This is my reference, “My personal preference”! Everything is there, warm atmosphere, smiling, attentive, professional service (increasingly rare). Wood-fired cooking 🤩😍🤤🫠, how can I put it? You know, just that smell would warm any heart? In short, a big thank you to the WHOLE team, some gems. Bar BQ is therefore a little treasure that I highly recommend. A big thank you to you for every moment spent and all the next ones to come 😅😁😘 A not-so-secret admirer 😇

Top restaurant, very beautiful plates well presented. Superb fireplace with open kitchen and meats over a wood fire or even smoker. I highly recommend this establishment with a very good atmosphere where there is even one Sunday per month where you can come in your pajamas and we have our second drink free, never before seen. Thanks to the cook for the quantity of plates and also the quality of the products.

Pleasant service, very fast. Very good meal, well prepared. We tasted the kangaroo steak with fries and the horse steak with various vegetables (grilled corn, zucchini, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach).

Reservation on a Sunday evening. Restaurant not very busy but quality of presentation of the dishes, flavors of the meats, kindness of the waitresses. My son and I had a great time. The meats were tasty, perfectly cooked as requested. Finding flank steak in Switzerland is rare, and it was delicious. The vegetable garnishes were plentiful and varied, and the desserts well presented and not too sweet. We enjoyed the price at a very reasonable price considering the quality. I recommend and we will come back

The waitresses were dressed up and there were beautiful Halloween decorations. I really liked the hunting plate with the deer burger. The dessert was also Halloween themed with a beautiful little colorful spider. I really liked the food and the atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

There were four of us. 2xbeef tenderloin (normal) and 2x400g. 1 x mushroom, 1x herbs, 1x gin with cranberries (sauce), with fries and vegetables. Vegetables are very poor, sauces all taste the same (except for the consistency: mushrooms, cranberries...). Barbecue sauce didn't come. The Entercote 400gr in 2! Pieces and definitely less, like 400g) when asked about it - no response! Wine glass broken (was replaced). Dessert marshmallow for the child. 2! Marshmelows on a plate for 4CHF! I had a crisis....ordered more ice cream... Operation/service unmotivated, price-performance ratio miserable... Feedback is ignored - generally not recommended.

First and last time! Arriving on site at 6:30 p.m. without having made a reservation for 2 people, the reception was a bit chilling, wine was offered to us but not served. A starter to share ordered, 7 p.m. starter finished and the wine arrives. 8:30 p.m. still no food on the horizon, 8:45 p.m. we decide to leave the establishment. The staff tells us that our dishes are arriving, so we stay to finish, but since then, the wine has obviously finished... it must have been a Norman hole! It is unfortunate that for 1 starter and 2 main courses we have to eat in 3 hours without excuses: no sense of business. In short, never again

So the meat....um... delicious! The place is charming and friendly. The service is top notch. We're going to come back.
