Best pizza in Martigny. I took a Margherita and a 4 season to import it. Very good presentation. When tasting we discover a light and crispy dough, we feel that the dough has risen well. Impeccable cooking and seasoning. Bravo to the pizza maker🇮🇹👌

The mixed salad was good. The waiter is not very friendly, the wine smells closed and you have to help yourself. The rice is undercooked, as is the pasta. We order the meat medium rare, we receive it rare... in short, given the prices and the reputation of the former bosses, it was a cold shower. But we prefer to put things into perspective by telling ourselves that we were on the wrong night.

Frankly disappointed, I came on Saturday November 11 to get takeaway pizzas, it's not the first time.. Usually succulent, there is a ham disaster, almost nothing, the calzone is not good. So sick 😷 😡😡 not cool

Since it's no longer Valerio it's changed too much and not for the better We are not in Geneva. Spaghetti alle Vongole at 27.90fr. You can keep them for yourself... In Valerio's time the place had a SOUL.

Typical Italian restaurant with their know-how. The pizzas and pastas are very good. Small terrace and a few parking spaces in front are there for first arrivals. It is better to book on weekends.

Returning from an organized trip, we had our last lunch in MARTIGNY in SWITZERLAND, at the Bistrot d'Italie. We were served a meal without any appeal: half a tomato with a few slices of mozzarella, meat which was bathed in a transparent and tasteless juice, vegetables which came out of their freezer bag, rice cooked in water in which we found a hair, barely defrosted bread, a tiramisu full of water and the pompom of bottles of water for more than 9 euros each! The incredibly arrogant staff looked down on us when we stated our grievances. I strongly advise against it.

On an organized trip, we have lunch. There is a long hair in my plate of rice, we ask for bread which still arrives frozen at the end of the tasteless meal. When we pay 9 Swiss francs for our bottle of water and we are surprised, the response is “welcome to Switzerland” In a very condescending tone. Your unpleasant welcome reassures me that this is not a place I would return to.

A little noisy But succulent pasta

On a Thursday evening the restaurant was full. We had an aperitif and ate a pizza. Greeted kindly and served quickly. Everything was perfect and the pizzas excellent. I had a Parma, the dough was impeccable Al dente, not stuffy and generously garnished with Parma ham, a real delight. There were 4 of us and unanimously delighted. This bistro is a sure bet, never disappointed 👌

I only ate a Parma ham pizza which was excellent. I plan to go back there

Being a regular at good pizzerias, I was rather disappointed with the pizzas, the dough is not great, too compact, and the toppings are average. The staff is nevertheless very nice.

The 2nd star is for the good dishes, otherwise it doesn't deserve more given the welcome and the service which is not warm at all. The servers were too cold.

A great restaurant, very good and sumptuous food and the staff, the friendliest in the world, we felt very comfortable there. The children are also very well received by the staff, they make jokes and talk to the children etc... simply TOP there!!!

The dishes are good and plentiful but that's all that's positive. Way too expensive for all the other points I'm going to mention. The rest is zero. The reception is cold and very rude (especially the woman with short hair! She pulls a 3m long mouth, it's awkward and annoying!!!!), the "terrace" which overlooks the parking lot is really bad location! Seen on M****! The service is extremely poorly managed and unprofessional like I have never seen before. 4 different people between starter, main course and dessert. The decor and the warm atmosphere of Italy is non-existent... I will never set foot there again!!!!!

Best Italian restaurant in Martigny without hesitation! The menu is exhaustive: the pasta is delicious but it is especially the pizzas that are excellent! You can call and they will prepare your order ready to go! The staff is also super welcoming! Between the time I ordered and the time I was served, not even 10 minutes passed! I really recommend this address, the 5 stars are well deserved!

I go regularly and they are great. We arrived in large numbers (7 people), we had reservations and they prepared two tables for us with kindness and good humor. The bistro was full.

How dare you claim the flavors of Italy, seriously change cooks and quickly, pasta obviously recooked or reheated in a base of strongly seasoned broth then quickly prepared! (shrimps-morels) what a waste in the end. Hypersalted lasagna, assessment of 4 plates served, 2 meals were only 1/3 consumed.

Morel ravioli: tasteless, hyper-salty broth sauce. Prawn pasta: 4 dry shrimp, the same pure salt broth and cream sauce Reported to staff, not eaten. No commercial gesture, full invoice. Never again
