Great place to enjoy a glass of wine and local produce when the weather is nice. The tasting board could be adapted to lactose intolerance 👌 magnificent view of the mountains and vineyards. Thanks to the cube team!

After a short 2 km walk in a scorching temperature of 35 degrees, the Cube appeared to us like an oasis of happiness. And the service is most cheerful. Many thanks for this moment of rest and discussion.

Reviews from one season to another cannot be compared. The menu and the service change. This year it’s unfortunately quite basic, The place is great. The cuisine is standard this season. The starter is a variation of 3 tapas which is quite good. The dish is a steak, a few salad leaves, a few potatoes and 2 small slices of peppers. It's good but, without exaggeration, an amateur at home does the same thing or even better. Damage. Service can be slow. To indicate if personal if you are in a hurry. We waited 1 hour 15 minutes to be served.

A real treat! Excellent wines to taste, but the surprise comes from the delicacies they accompany. The view is truly breathtaking.

I'll start with the only positive point. The wine is good. But the tapas are literally a steal. 3 olives, 2 slices of sausage, 1 cherry tomato with 1 piece of mozzarella, 1 mini gazpacho and 1 tomato tartare, 25.- per person.... and barely enough to fill a hollow tooth. The service is painfully slow. After a bill of more than 700chf not even a free coffee! Even as a Valaisan, the cube and the Varone cellars will not see me again.

A magnificent discovery, super friendly welcome. A carafe of water on arrival is really welcome after a nice walk on the bisse. Congratulations to you. We'll come back to eat.

It's worth stopping there, good atmosphere, super friendly service and excellent wines. All with a magnificent view. Ideal place for an aperitif or just a break on the Bisse du Clavau

Immer ein Ausflug wert! Das Auto kann man am Besten auf dem Parkplatz bei der zweiten 180 Grad Kurve (Richtung Grimisuat) ab dem Kreisel gleich oberhalb der Brasserie von Sitten gratis abstellen. Von diesem Parkplatz aus startet man auch idealerweise von Sitten her kommend für eine Wandertour an der wunderschönen Suone von Clavau (Bisse de Clavau). Nach zirka 30 Gehminuten auf dem äusserst flachen Suonenweg erblicken Sie 20m oberhalb vom Weg das „Le cube“. Die Ambiance mitten in den Rebbergen, die grandiose Aussicht ab den Sitzplätzen und das Angebotene auf der Karte wird Sie nur positiv Überraschen. Bedienen wird Sie ein äusserst freundliches Zweierteam. Ein Erlebnis welches ich gerne weiter empfehle!

My buddy and I must say enjoyed the wide selection of desserts and will be coming again for a special treat. Don't often eat out yet if we do, this is actually the best place for great food at acceptable prices. Really good meal that tastes great nevertheless isn't very too expensive. Nice venue, was shown to our table promptly. The waitress here were genuinely professional and obviously love their job.

Cette ancienne guérite suspendue entre ciel et vignes a été transformée en espace gourmand. Cette halte d’été a une situation remarquable à proximité du bisse de Clavau. Des grands crus et une carte de restauration novatrice y sont servis.

L'endroit, le service, la cuisine sont remarquables. Le bosse de Claveau est une promenade magnifique. Il faut absolument s'arrêter au cube, au moins pour l'apéro. La vue est magnifique. Le service est chaleureux et les plats sont cuisinés le tout avec les vins qui vont bien, c'est un grand moment de bonheur.

Bel endroit, menu dégustation qui est à la fois simple et sophistiqué. "Raclette revisité" belle découverte. Terrasse juste magique au milieu des vignes. Absolument réserver avant de s'y rendre (ouvert uniquement par beau temps)
