The most delicious Indian restaurant in Geneva! Fresh, perfectly spiced (no generic "curry" here!) and amazing vegetarian (and not) food. Everything you want in an Indian meal - and not at all expensive to boot!

I make a point of finding a good curry restaurant in all the cities I visit for work. After a couple of visits I’ve decided Le Dhaba will be my go-to spot in Geneva. Very tasty food and excellent, friendly service.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Geneva! The food is delicious and you can tell is made with care, and is quite filling, very much worth the price. The waitress is extremely friendly and polite, and a joy to chat with. I'll be sure to return many times in the future!

At the Dhaba we eat Indian dishes prepared according to mom's recipes, sprinkled with delicious spices and love. An authentic and friendly place, without fuss, where you go to eat well and have a laugh with the hosts. If you want to eat Indian like the Indians do at home, this is where it is.

Food was very good and authentic. Owner was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. The mango lessi is a must try. Very impressed

As usual, the quality of the cuisine, simple, tasty - which takes me straight back to India as I knew this cuisine as well as the atmosphere where the priority is warm, funny, caring for the customers, means that The Dhaba is by FAR the best Indian restaurant in Geneva, if not to mention Switzerland. If you've never been there, don't hesitate. Book now!

Small restaurant which was a nice surprise. Calm and caring. There are veggie solutions. Two menus, a simplicity that pleases. Unsweetened tea is a real pleasure. To recommend without hesitation.

The food was great , very delicious. The garlic cheese chilly was beyond words 😋 Also definitely get the mango lassi very yummy, sweet and a little tangy perfect to balance some spice P.s. The service was great , the waitress was friendly and very nice The chef was gracious enough to share his Naan recipe with us and even showed the special Naan cooking oven/kiln contraption. Definitely worth coming 😍

Very expensive. The tall was good, but not exceptional. Atmosphere sterile, no music or other Indian references. Service was good, well explained. Menue simple so easy to choose from.

Homemade food made according to recipes from the cook's mother. More traditional and homely, impossible. The decoration, modern and cheerful with ethnic elements, the ideal balance. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Real cool place if you want authentic Indian dishes! They have a different meal every day, so plenty of diverse options if you go there more than once! Cool ambiance, with great service!

Attention! Scam! Vegetarian thali containing some frozen lentils and spinach with canned corn. Some potatoes and rice. All without any flavor and much too salty… don’t trust the reviews! They are definitely bought!

Very interesting Indian restaurant with a clear fresh concept. Inviting space, friendly and caring service, sustainable approach to the menu. Vegetarian menu of the day was delicious and light, just what someone might need after an intense workday. Particularly appreciated the graphic design in the interior.

Amazing food and great service. They do not have a fixed menu for the items included in the thaali, it varies everyday. We ordered the non-veg thaali and it had an authentic Indian taste. It tasted very fresh. Mango lassi and samosa tasted just as great. Would definitely recommend!

My favorite restaurant in Geneva. Food is prepared everyday and always fresh. Been with my family many times. Ordered Samosa recently for an event and they delivered it on time. Less oil, crispy and tasty. European friends loved it. Thank you very much for the delicious, fresh samosa :)

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious sit down thali lunch at Le Dhaba. I had the vegetarian option with lentils, potatoes, squash, rice, Naan and masala Chai tea and he had the meat option with butter chicken, lentils, potato, Naan and rice as well as a Kingfisher lager. Butter chicken was the standout dish for us. We also appreciated the full pitcher of water as it is summer and many other restaurants give a small half glass of water which is not enough. We sat indoors which is pleasant. Service from the chef was excellent. I only wish I remembered to take a picture before eating the food for those review as it looked great. Please note the option is thali not separate entrees which worked better for us.

Tastes like home cooked food. Simple no-fuss tasty food. The vegetarian thali of naan, rice, saag, potatoes and daal was wholesome and yum.

I've tried a handful of Indian restaurants in the last years and Le Dhaba is definitely a top contender in my list. The food is delicious and have a homemade taste. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Definitely a place not to be missed in Geneva.

We came here on my father's recommendation and have not regretted it. The food experience was as warming as at home. Both the taste and the service were excellent. The owner treated us to a spinach side dish that I would describe as the best spinach I have ever tasted. Highly recommended! :)

Really good food. They do not have a fixed menu and it will change every day, which assures you that the product is fresh. They have two options: vegetarian or non-vegetarian. We tried both and they were really tasty. It’s a pity that the place was empty and a bit cold (literally and decoration-wise) but food was really good, hence why the 4 stars

Friendly waiters but terrible food (poor quality chicken, tasteless sauces, cold environment). We are used to eating Indian but this restaurant is the worst we have tried in Switzerland... not to mention the price which is overrated for cheap, low-end dishes! Terrible really

The chicken, spinach and potato menu is excellent, quality Italian wines, essential lassi and a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, not to be missed.

I pass by the restaurant yesterday, got it and had an amazing service. The people working there are so kind, human and genuine. They really take the time to explain the options offered. The food is really good with a daily menu everyday.

Indian cuisine restaurant where you can eat without complications: they offer a vegetarian option and an option with meat or fish, with two accompaniments plus rice according to the seasonal product and accompanied by half naan, which can be cheese, garlic or natural. We can also order starter samosas (with vegetables or lamb) and whole naans. Very friendly and attentive service. And in case of allergies, just say so and they offer alternatives. Highly recommended.

The space is quite simple and straightforward, and some may be a bit worried about there being little decoration, but who cares when the food tastes like this! I have no clue what "real Indian food" is supposed to taste like, but if it tastes like this I'll start eating it more regularly! Often Indian places offer about a 100 choices from a menu as thick as your forearm, but this is simple with a vegetarian and meat dish. No quantity, but quality! Delicious food, good portion size, very friendly host, and microwaving the leftovers two days later still gives a delicious meal. One of the best if not the best Indian place in Geneva!

Best Indian Restaurant in town, nothing to say 👌🏾

One of the hidden gems of Geneva. The food is delicious, simple and soulful: all the qualities found in a home cooked meal. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Dhaba and will be coming back.

If you want to have real Indian Home food, this is the place to go.. No unnecessary grease or spice added in. Loved the steel utensils used, like we do at home, also loved the clean open environment like home - none of the shebang and loads of decorations in most Indian restaurants. This place felt like home, and I could eat here daily because it is healthy and heart warming food!!!! And yes, the hosts are as well lovely, talking and explaining everything all along the way.❤

If you like 'NAAN' they've got you covered. Okay seriously but, its such a great concept, to cook new food only for the day. This means, you get freshly cooked food everyday. Which also happens to have a homecooked taste and vibe. The thalis are wholesome, you get to eat many things in smaller portions instead of just one big portion. But if nothing else, the NAAN is the best.
