The Sunday brunch at "Le Floris" is acceptable but a little limited in variety. The setting is very pleasant with the veranda facing the lake and the very friendly service.

I came with a good buyclub and fortunately! I find the savory buffet a little sparse, you have to ask for butter, salt, pepper, toast, lemon there was one for a huge dish of smoked salmon….well it's not great, on the other hand the desserts are very good. But frankly the price of the brunch is not up to what is offered.

Two of us came for dinner, the setting is magnificent and the service warm. However, disappointment with the cuisine which did not live up to our expectations. On the other hand, pleasantly surprised by the desserts which were excellent, particularly the French toast.

A hidden gem just minutes outside of Geneva. With its beautiful view and excellent dishes, Le Floris has become one of our favourite spots for fine dining. The chef's creations are unique, and the staff is very friendly, always greeting you with a smile. Overall, it has a great atmosphere.

The setting is magnificent, although we were not able to enjoy the terrace because we came in December. The staff is attentive without being intrusive. The food is very good, we particularly enjoyed the starters. The burger was a bit disappointing, however. The desserts were delicate. A good address to recommend!

I came during the All Saints' Day holiday period with my wife and children, where to start.... The other night there was a singles party. We were greeted by a charming lady, always with a cigarette in her mouth. Class. We paid 35 chf for a drink and 3 appetizers which were chasing each other. Our friend group came to "Le Floris" with high hopes, all of which were dashed by the end of the meal. High prices, understaffed, small quantities, mediocre food. The location is nice, otherwise there is nothing to recommend. Good luck to the team, there is work to do !

The Le Floris restaurant offers a fabulous setting with its garden and view of the lake. The veranda is well designed and functional, which undeniably adds to the overall experience. However, I must express my disappointment with the festive atmosphere that the new owners wanted to recreate, in the style of Parisian restaurants. Unfortunately, this is not reflected at all in the atmosphere of the restaurant. One of the major problems that I have noticed is the excessive number of personnel changes, whether at the level of the chef or the waiters. This instability can affect the consistency and quality of the dishes offered. Although the cuisine aims to be contemporary and new, I found that this lacked success and did not justify the prices charged. It's a real shame, because Le Floris is an iconic place with a rich history, but unfortunately, that history has lost its luster. In conclusion, although Le Floris benefits from a magnificent setting with its garden and its view of the lake, I am disappointed to note that the festive atmosphere sought is not there. The numerous changes in staff and the cuisine which fails to live up to expectations do not justify the prices charged. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made to restore this place to its former glory.

A return for us to this establishment visited a few months ago, the setting remains the same magnificent with the view of the lake and the sunset, but a note of renewal can be felt on the menu and the dishes offered. Originality, regional and seasonal with these delicious tomatoes from Asnières or the famous perch fillet from Leman for example. A word of advice if you are local or passing through, go ahead and let yourself be guided to discover these dishes and finish in style with delicious desserts! On August 10, around 4 p.m., we came in for a drink and were shocked by the scandal between a disgruntled customer and the bartender, which exploded all over the restaurant. it was out of bounds. the restaurant employee shouted loudly, insulted and rudely chased away the customer who said he was unhappy with the quality. it was horrible and ruined both our evening and the impression of the establishment. It's shame

Oh, where do I even start with this brunch experience? It was like a rollercoaster of disappointment, with no welcome drink in sight, but they sure charged us a fortune for that phantom cocktail. The pancakes were so tiny and undercooked, I could've mistaken them for decorative coasters. And guess what? No maple syrup or bacon, because who needs essentials at brunch, right? To add insult to injury, they had a ginormous painting of a hand flipping you off on the wall, probably their way of saying, "Welcome, brunchers, we don't care!" And that chocolate fountain... It was more like a chocolate dribble. I've seen more excitement in a dentist's waiting room. And don't even get me started on the dried meat platter. It was stationed in front of a fan (to shoo off flies), as if they were trying to turn it into jerky in record time. Bravo! It was so dry, even the Sahara desert felt moist in comparison. Overall, this brunch was a masterclass in how to ruin the most important meal of the day. If disappointment and a middle finger mural are your things, then by all means, this place is for you. But for the rest of us, save your appetite and money for a better brunch elsewhere. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Le Floris, and I must say it was utterly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the service was subpar and left much to be desired. Not only did we encounter a lack of attentiveness from the staff, but we were also promised a welcome drink that never made its way to our table. It was a clear indication that customer satisfaction was not their priority. Let's move on to the food selection, or rather the lack thereof. The options available were extremely limited and hardly justified the high price we paid. It felt as though the buffet consisted of mere remnants from the previous day's dinner service. The variety was severely lacking, leaving us feeling quite underwhelmed and wanting more. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was abysmal. The pancakes, advertised as a brunch staple, were a complete disaster. They were shockingly thin and undercooked, leaving a rather unpleasant paste-like texture in our mouths. It was evident that the chefs had no clue as to how to properly cook such a simple dish. Additionally, the portions served were laughable. One would expect a buffet brunch to offer decent-sized servings, but it seemed this place was determined to keep customers hungry and dissatisfied. Overall, this buffet brunch restaurant was a regrettable choice. The combination of poor service, nonexistent welcome drinks, undercooked pancakes, and pathetically small portions left a bitter taste in our mouths. I urge anyone seeking a satisfying brunch experience to steer clear of this establishment. It truly fell short of even the most basic expectations.

Let's start with the setting, truly splendid. Magnificent terrace with a view overlooking the lake. Having already experienced this address several times in the past, I was disappointed by the value for money. Indeed, if I was able to keep very good memories of previous visits, this time the quality was not there. Obviously the owner has changed since my last visit. It's expensive, it already was, but the cuisine justified it. Today, with a brunch for more than 80.-mostly composed of fruits and vegetables, dishes exposed to flies without protection, it is not up to par. The service is nevertheless up to par.

Service not up to par, unpleasant staff, the prize goes to the reception, no polite words but a disdainful look. Servers who look down on customers while forgetting that they are the servers, so a minimum of courtesy please Incredible to have the feeling of disturbing when you are a customer, plus the plate is not worth the price, 210.- for 2. We stopped by Monday at 7:30 p.m. by chance when we came across this place which seemed nice at first glance. We are greeted coldly by asking if we have a reservation, we explain that no, the person asks us to wait and leaves us to the side, during this time he places reservations on the phone rather than dealing with customers in front of him. After long minutes of waiting, server number 1 comes. We ask to be seated next to the window because several tables are available, we are told that it is reserved so no worries, we understand. It's very very hot there, we order a truffle pizzeta, a fiasco the dough is brittle and very hard it was clearly not good. We wait about 40 minutes for the rest and notice that a window side table has become available. We ask if we can sit there. Waiter number 2 tells us "when I have time." 20 minutes pass and still nothing for so much time he had to lower the parasols and chat with his colleagues, so I decided to sit there myself on a table where the dishes of the previous customers were left, rather than telling myself that he could have done what was necessary he seemed annoyed and not helped us. The receptionist told us that we could have waited by clearing the cutlery from previous customers, we told him that we had waited a very long time, waiter number 1 apologized but we told him that it didn't matter since he has nothing to do with it, we asked his colleague. In terms of dishes, we receive luiginis with “broken truffles” honestly we should talk about truffle dust, as in the pizzeta the truffle is non-existent; perch fillet nothing more. When paying the 130 I give a note of 200 and the waiter number 1 gives me 60, I wait to meet him again to tell him that 10 is missing. - he apologizes and brings me the 10. - missing, given that he was the only one to be nice I keep the good suspicion and tell myself that it was a mistake, he is also the only one to say goodbye to us, the server number 2 and that of the The welcome will not say a single goodbye to us, letting us pass them by without a single word. Sunday brunch...avoid it, the rest of the time, the menu is superb, and the dishes are excellent. On the other hand, if you like choice, variety, brunch, avoid, because it's a total disappointment.....(only a bitter taste for the price) remains, but not the food, that's for sure .

I was there last October and returned in April 2023! The spring version was even better than the autumn one: renovated, expanded and redecorated with an exotic tropical touch! Helpful and polite staff! I am dreaming of trying their weekend brunch menu and keeping this "gem" as a well kept secret only for my friends!

We had never seen such a sparse brunch, with so little choice: no omelette, boiled or scrambled eggs, ridiculous choice of cold cuts or cheeses, failed pancakes and eggs benedict... Opinion regarding the Pint du Floris. Want a fondue à la Pint and very bad choice. We ordered a half-half and were served a liquid savoyarde. Only the wooden spoon was missing🙄 It is rare to feel alone in a restaurant and we had a feeling of total abandonment from the staff.

To begin with, being intolerant to fish, I specify my diet when I arrive (as I had already specified on the phone when booking) First course served: salmon, which I sent back, I was given the same starter again, with the slice of salmon removed from the plate (the trace of the salmon still visible on the plate); I start to eat, there was always salmon in the egg... The wait between courses was endless... We are served the granita supposed to be an intermediary between the dishes, and, at the same time, the second course, asking us to hurry up and finish the granita, even though we had waited 30 minutes... Another 30 minute wait for the cheese to be served… Customers who arrived after us were served well before us… Very limited, given the price of the menu and the Valentine’s Day evening… The meal was still good

Our previous visits had left us with wonderful memories, both in terms of food and its breathtaking view of the lake. Today, Sunday, we were very surprised not to be able to eat à la carte, brunch only. According to the manager, the buzzard ad mentions this, unfortunately this is not the case on Maps. Non-existent service, resulting in endless waits between dishes which were unfortunately mediocre overall. A card that indicates “ambassador of the Geneva region” and “local cuisine”; look at the origin of the ingredients… Too bad because the setting is magnificent.

Dangerous place due to the arrangement of tables on an unsecured stage. I fell and ended up on a table downstairs and broke their bottle of champagne among other things. Fortunately I escaped without too much harm. Otherwise excellent food. Prices of wine and water too expensive.

To start, thank you for the good lobster menu offered on Saturday evening which we all enjoyed. There were 4 of us for a birthday. On the other hand, the servers have not received adequate training for a service worthy of the name for a high-class restaurant. Serving plates... acrobatic, drop of wine discreetly (?) Absorbed by the waitress's finger etc. Obviously we were served wine very quickly to invite us to have another bottle, which we did. (wine prices? around 4 times the sale price), the 80 cl bottle of sparkling water already on the table, 10fr Etc. At the beginning of our visit, there was a DG started playing “festive” music but not suitable for a potluck meal. Welcomed and served by Salomé, we quickly fell in love with this restaurant. With each new plate we were impressed by the flavors of the dishes. Salomé was able to advise us on wine but also on activities in Geneva. You will have understood that we recommend this restaurant!

Chef Audonnet's cuisine is always as good and it was a pleasure to see him again because he is a nice person who welcomed us very warmly to his new establishment. The servers are very pleasant but not yet at the top, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I can't wait to go back to get the 5th star, but also discover the 2nd restaurant with its chalet atmosphere.

Magnificent restaurant full of charm. We were able to experience a romantic dinner in a warm place, with a subdued atmosphere and delicious, perfectly served dishes. What a desappointment! A regular customer for years at Floris, I return there with friends for lunch. Table reserved the day before, when we arrive at 12:05-10 p.m., the restaurant is almost empty and there are 2 tables on the terrace. The very friendly waitress takes the order for our 3 bouillabaisses offered as the dish of the day. What a surprise when she comes back explaining to us that there is no longer a daily special and that no dish is offered other than the menu, which only includes dishes above chf 52.- with the exception of of a fish. Needless to say, you are directly served a 0.75 l bottle of water for 10 chf.- when you ask for water, although there are 0.5 l bottles, we have noticed this. on another table. We pay our 20.- water consumption… and we leave. In short, a restaurant which no longer has a daily special at 12:10 p.m. because supposedly they have been reserved…. and that no details were made during our reservation…. I laugh softly... We won't be coming back, that's for sure, too bad, I liked this place, but there are others in the region, much more commercial. The quay in Hermance, the Collonge Café and if you stay in Anieres, Le Cottage is very nice.

This new restaurant pleasantly surprised me and my family. We had a fondue, and the potatoes were small, sweet and really delicious. Their tastes complemented that of the fondue, which was also very good. The meringues for dessert were small and served in threes, it was also very good. It's going to be long, (edit: I don't have enough characters available to continue my opinion but you will undoubtedly understand) Once again I have nothing to say about the service because we were treated very well despite the dismal failure of this meal. Above all, we are from the region and had previously decided to no longer come to this establishment because we were too often disappointed by the culinary services. During the month of May we decided to Crossing the threshold again, history of…not remaining on unfounded opinions given that the restaurant has changed chef. The menu has not changed since May, of course they offer a summer menu and a winter menu (which will come in 2 weeks) but the fact remains that we find the same dishes as last time, few of inventiveness. In short, not much new, no hunting at the start of October when the season is in full swing. Already disappointed. Crispy tuna tataki. In itself the dish was good but wrong with the name because we cannot call it a crispy “de” of anything. These are 4 thin strips of just seared tuna, placed on a chip. It would have been better to call this tuna tataki “on” a crispy bla-bla-bla so as not to mislead the customer. Otherwise price side not far from 15.- for 4 Slices which in total weigh less than 100g, frankly, meh. Duck rilettes . And coffee, the association appeals. No taste and this is mainly due to the shortbread taking over like Never. Blindly, it’s impossible to guess either the duck or the coffee, but the shortcrust pastry, yes, we only have that. Dough not suitable for this dish, probably from pastry making because it is also sweet. Of course it's not a problem if the rest follows but that wasn't the case. The rillette placed on the tartlet of absolutely ridiculous size is completely drowned in the shortcrust pastry, no point. Coffee ? Non-existent, we would almost have appreciated a little coffee powder (even coarse) with a micro-plane or something else to add a little “kick” but there, nothing. Error on the bottle of wine ordered but we'll pass, it can happen to anyone. The dish, (chateaubriand en casserole, 120.-) so there, and sorry to have to say it like this but we were faced with a “crap” of the finest ilk If I could have given it a rating other than 1 it would be 0. Firstly, the advertised Beurre Manié was not served. However, the tables next to them had it, in short. Still at the next table, we see what appear to be beautiful long “croquette” style potatoes but we, nothing. And I quote the waiter "the table knows the chef", so quite nice in terms of favoritism, we greatly appreciate it, especially when we know that what was on our plate was close to... nothing. In fact, if there was something, a trail of mashed potatoes absolutely obsolete, why try to decorate a plate with a trail of mashed potatoes when we have the Same thing next in a bowl? I don't understand the concept, it has absolutely no interest, the puree on the plate was colder, however, the puree in the bowl was good, Still in the accompaniments, a braised lettuce, certainly not bad, a little spicy, questionable serving temperature, quantity which speaks for itself, because it was the only vegetable garnish. (2 mini lettuces, but really tiny). The heart of the dish (yes finally) Châteaubriand. But then there... Very nice place, magnificent terrace. On the other hand, the dishes lack pep. Tasteless foie gras, heavy Pavlova meringue. And unfortunately the service is not up to par with the place. Asked for 4x the wine list. The drinks arrived after entry and the young lady was not attentive.

Too bad, the value for money is not interesting, we regret it. The previous owner.

Very nice establishment on the edge of the lake in a trendy place, very friendly welcome, smiling waitresses at ease with customers, careful cuisine and affordable prices make this magnificent place the perfect combination to have an excellent time… we will come back to it.
