The products are good but the welcome is cold (whether in Cortaillod or Peseux) and the premises are also cold (Peseux), we stayed for 40 minutes and came out freezing. Having the habit of going to the bakery in Cortaillod, we decided to come to Peseux to take advantage of the Tea-room space as a family. In Cortaillod, at 7:50 a.m. there are no more chocolate croissants, dogs, pain au chocolat, croissants… For a Saturday or Sunday, I find this unacceptable! It's a shame to have such experiences knowing that a quality welcome would change people's minds and a smile costs nothing. At the same time, having such a controversial employer doesn't necessarily make you want to work hard for your job. The purpose of this review is productive, hoping for change. Good day.

A bakery that never has bread... you come at 5 p.m. it's empty, at 11 a.m. on weekends it's empty... To this we add the least smiling and friendly saleswoman in Switzerland and that's it for a bakery with enormous wasted potential. I could have given 1 star but the products (when you are lucky enough to have them) are very good! I could even have given 5 stars just by judging the products… It's sad. Update: The team has changed and the traders are very friendly, I no longer had any problems with them breaking. Today we can say that it is the best bakery in Neuchatel and its suburbs!
