Le Panetier in Pregny-Chambésy

Lady is horrible, being only customer in the place, she did not even say hello or turn her head. Whole time I was feeling like disturbing her not really understanding if she was busy or just ignored me. If you have choice - go somewhere else, this kind of approach should not be allowed in the service industry.

Le Panetier Chambésy. Panetier is a French industrial bakery chain. The bakery is located inside a gas station. At the entrance to the commune of Geneva. It's not the worst. The bread remains good and there is a good choice. There are tables for coffee and croissants. There is also a small terrace for the summer. It's a service. A service for motorists. You have to take this bakery for what it is.

The behavior of these ladies is just execrable not one to catch up with the other to the limit of sending you to the roses when they serve you or when you have the audacity to ask a question it should perhaps remind these ladies that when you have an unattractive physique you must at least be kind and polite or, if that's really not possible, maybe go back to work on the other side of the border...

Being a regular customer at Le Panetier, I find the waitress (Delphine) extremely unpleasant who informs you that she does not have the products you want when they are in the window. We see that this is a person who is not comfortable in their work or who does not want to do it. A little smile from time to time would be welcome.

Nice staff but on several occasions I found frozen cheese or vegetables in the sandwiches. In addition, the vegetarian assortment is very, very poor. Also refuse to add extras to sandwiches despite the offer of additional payment. Nothing exceptional for the rest!

Finally a bakery that lives up to the quality. Their butter croissants (not margarine) are simply EXCELLENT. In any case, you just need to smell the good ambient smell as soon as you come home to get a positive idea. Bravo to this establishment. You filled me up early in the morning.

It smells good and everything is good. I bought croissants. They were half soft, half crispy and not greasy! I also had, for the first time, a pear turnover, a treat. In fact, we want to eat everything.

I just had an awful experience at Le Panetier in Chambesy. As the price of a lemon pie was not displayed I asked the lady behind the counter. She scolded me, telling me the price was next to the pie. Of course, it wasn't. She made it clear that I was bothering her after reluctantly telling me the price. There was no apology for having scolded me like a bad kid. Le Panetier would do well to employ people who want to serve their customers.

If you manage to get pain au chocolate right off the oven, it’s delicious.
