Le Passage in Bulle

Hello everyone, a charming place, very nice welcome, waitresses, super boss, super nice, great theme evening, I highly recommend it to everyone, don't trust unfavorable opinions, make up your own mind.

Bar service on the terrace???! What are employees for? The waiter also asks you to bring your order back yourself, without even having the basic politeness of offering you a tray to carry your 4 glasses or even opening the door for you!? Lack of professionalism. No bistro in Bulle does that. It's lamentable, after all their post-covid whining, the local cafe owners have yet to understand anything.

A very nice bar on the market square. A beautiful and large terrace makes the place very nice! And don’t forget the choice of more than 150 different beers.

Lots of beers to choose from. Nice staff. On the other hand, the music is extremely loud, it's impossible to make jokes between friends properly.

I love this bar. The bartender is super friendly and passionate about his beer. I will come back for sure. ♥️

If you go to Bulle. You have to come to the café on the way. More than 150 kinds of beer 🍻 Besides that: A super friendly welcome, a passionate and dynamic team. Cool and relaxed atmosphere. Also the very nice setting you will see when you go there😉 Honestly, I recommend the place. As soon as I return to Bulle I will come back👍

A very nice place. A large selection of beers. A top terrace in the historic part of the city center. Game evenings once a month and delicious snacks to nibble on while sipping a little juice. In summary, we are on top!

Le Passage à Bulle is a special place crossing between the Grand-Rue and the Place du Marché where a beautiful terrace will await you in summer. Currently a nice choice of craft beers will be offered to you. I don't go there often, but I enjoy it every time.

A stop on the terrace in the shade to drink and eat something, (it was over 30 degrees that day) it was a tartare which was excellent, Very friendly welcome and staff, thank you and with pleasure.

Warm, friendly, the real bistro of yesteryear. You can read your newspaper in peace with a beautiful terrace at the back. And above all quiet without crazy screaming screaming children.

We've been there and we're not ready to go back. A manager who is not at all friendly... Unfortunately not attentive to his customers. Which seems surprising to me when you work in a café... By wanting to be honest, I felt demeaned. I don't recommend this place at all.

I had a coffee this morning for the first time in this establishment. Very disappointed, the waitress is not really the most friendly and cold. I won't go back there again.

The place would be nice if the manager wasn't so full of himself, lacking in knowing how to live. Explanation: Thursday market day I sit on the terrace: it's very hot. I ask the waitress if it is possible to give me a bowl of water for my dog. She tells me that there is no longer a bowl because there is one on the other side of the restaurant. I then ask her if she has an ashtray that I can put water in. She answers me: I don’t know if there are still any. She comes back with our three ordered drinks and still an ashtray; but empty. Well, my granddaughter, who found that the dog was also very thirsty, crossed the restaurant and looked for the famous bowl outside. She comes back disappointed, telling me that a bearded man told her that there was no bowl for the dogs and that she just had to go to the fountain. Very disappointed with this behavior towards a child who thought she was getting some water for the dog, I went inside and spoke to the waitress to ask her how come she was giving me say that there is a bowl outside and that my granddaughter is being rebuffed... She couldn't tell me that the famous bearded man keeps telling me that there is no bowl. That it’s market day and they don’t have time to give the dogs water. That there is a fountain nearby etc etc. By the time he answered me a bowl would have quickly been filled! I tell him again that we are customers, that our drinks are served. I'm not asking for charity. So he tells me that on other days they give water to the dogs and that there is too much work there. No time. It is nonsense. Well I tell him that it doesn't matter, that next time I will go elsewhere. He tells me, well, you’ll go somewhere else. This is not a kennel... Here is my rather long story to explain why I am giving 0 stars to this sad bearded man.
