Ate at the bar... terrible service by two waitress! No etiquette Not accommodating Very abrupt Provides food without cutlery, had to ask for it 3 times and even then they come with it with a long delay.

Well - you can long for it, but you can leave it alone

Very great evening! We enjoyed that it wasn't too stressful. After we arrived at 6:30 p.m. we were able to comfortably sip a drink at the bar. The doors opened promptly at 7 p.m. and we were led into the cozy hall to the reserved table. The friendly service people were very nice and accommodating. I was there with my best friend and we both booked the vegimenue. All courses were excellently cooked and we really enjoyed the scenes from the little chef. What was also great is that the projection remained throughout the meal and the tablecloth looked different and moved gently with each course. You could always hear appropriate noises in the background. The waiting time between courses was ideal. Not too long and not too short. You simply have to take your time for a 5-course menu. This was an excellent choice. The total 4.5 hours flew by. Overall, a very great evening, with friendly and fast service, delicious food, amusing "petit chef" and lots of cosiness. Everything was right!

In my opinion, price/performance does not match. Food was good but not particularly good for this high price. Animation was good but I would have expected more.

We were at Mövenpick on Sunday and visited the little boss. The animations were brilliant, these alone would have earned 5 stars. BUT the service was a disaster, there were very long waiting times and some of the food was cold or the salad was lame. The service was sometimes almost annoyed that we were there. The presentation is great, the service is poor...

The show was great, but the organization was unfortunately less so. You were supposed to be there 30 minutes earlier, but then you first had to wait at the dark bar until 7 p.m. Afterwards you were allowed into the restaurant and the very slow condition took 45min just to serve water and wine. It only started shortly before 8 p.m. There were no film scenes between courses, only just before each course. The food was ok, but the price was too expensive for what was ultimately on the plate.

A very special kind of dining experience

Interesting 3D show, but culinary maximum 3 stars. Waiting times during the shows are unnecessarily around 1 hour. So you're there for just under 5 hours, which is too long for children. The rest is extremely warm. But the waiters are very nice & professional. But price performance is not justified.

We had a fantastic evening with a delicious meal. Normally I rarely write reviews, but I can't understand the negative comments about Le Petit Chef in Zurich. Price-performance is great. And anyone who can get involved in the story and this amusing experience will have a great evening.

Unfortunately disappointing... and we were so happy!! Price/performance was not right at all!! It started off positively: the salad was really very good and the pumpkin soup that followed was exquisite, even if it was only served lukewarm. With the prawns I was expecting at least a really nice prawn in the shell - instead only 2 "larger prawns" were served. The entrecôte couldn't be eaten by two of us because it was very tough (tendon straight through the piece of meat) and bleu... more like roast beef (when we complained, no replacement was offered but only said that we would report it to the kitchen )!!! In addition, the sweet potato didn't go well with the dish at all and was rather annoying. The dessert, on the other hand, was excellent... but since we had two nut allergy sufferers with us, they had to come to terms with the alternative... and this consisted of very carelessly "thrown" apple pieces and a scoop of mango ice cream on top. That's it!!! The entertainment was ok, although very short... the time between courses was far too long. The staff was totally overwhelmed - probably also due to the stressed kitchen. I would not recommend this event. With the totally inflated menu price, you can eat much more tastefully and, above all, BETTER elsewhere.

The food was very bad, everything tasted like finished products and you couldn't tell what the individual ingredients, fillings and sauces were supposed to taste like. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all.

Good and entertaining. However, the price for such a menu is excessive. Service ok but far from top. The hotel itself has seen its best days, hence the concept of experience gastronomy. I wish you continued success, but you won't become a repeat offender here.

It was a nice evening, but the value for money wasn't right. The food, the wine pairing and the service were not convincing.

Price performance didn't suit us. The food is mediocre, sometimes not served warm enough. My pasta was dry on the edges. The show didn't excite us. The idea itself is good, but when the octopus' tentacles were cut off and shortly afterwards squid arms were served, a little girl started crying. She had lost her appetite. The food isn't suitable for children and the show isn't really interesting for adults... plus the hotel is in an unpleasant, lifeless area on the highway. But the bartender was extremely friendly and mixed us good drinks that made everything a little more fun. Of course it's also more expensive... you have to expect around 200 per person. So you can eat better in nicer places and go to the cinema 👍

We enjoyed a wonderful evening with Le Petit Chef. The food was fantastic and the conversation between courses was very charming. An all around great experience.

Unfortunately very disappointing! The entertainment would be suitable for a children's birthday party, the food was very below average and the service was just bad. Definitely not worth the price!

We had a fantastic evening yesterday. The food was great and the show was entertaining and funny. Even our soon-to-be 12-year-old son (now rather difficult to get excited about 😉) really enjoyed it. We had probably the greatest waiter (Tayfun or something similar was his name), who served us extremely courteously and warmly. The wine accompaniment is highly recommended. We would come back at any time. Many thanks to the whole team.🤩

An amazing visual and sound experience and a must when in Zurich! The service and the kindness of the staff complemented the exquisite menu. Kudos to the kitchen! The show brings back the excitement to having dinner with the family. I can only recommend Le Petit Chef to make a memorable evening!

Pure rip off not worth the money at all - CHF 400 for 2 adults and a kid with food quality of a 1-star hotel. Very disappointing visual effects. If you want to learn how to apply good marketing to sell lowest quality give it a try.
