It was a first for me, but certainly not the last 😋. Warm welcome, very competent, friendly and smiling staff. For an Easter Sunday and a crowded restaurant, hats off 👍. Good performance ! As for the meal, the plate of perch fillets was succulent and very well served at a very competitive price. A very big thank you for this tasty and friendly moment. Everything was very, very good, even a real treat. Ham on the bone with morel sauce, a real killer. And the same goes for the Neuchâtelois sausage in a crust. And we're not even talking about the crème brûlée, it's a real delight.

I still love eating there, the food is good, whether on slate or perch fillets, I always enjoy it! The servers are adorable, with the cold the closed room is heated and in the summer with the lake... magical so don't hesitate!

Beef tartare not great! The accompanying sauce (pink) is very strong and the tartar itself is bland! Green salad served with it, bathed in industrial white sauce, inedible! Service nothing more, not very professional! Expensive for the quality offered! Disappointed!

The waiter Pedro is the most friendly and responsive of all! Thanks to him every time I pass by here I stop on purpose if he is there I stay, otherwise I wait 10 minutes and I leave... because the younger ones are less responsive and professional! The fact that he sometimes speaks informally to customers is very cool because it puts me at ease, being a waitress myself, I love this kind of person! Thanks to him ! Too bad he's leaving us soon! We will miss you ! It's going to be difficult to find a server like him...!

Nice staff, I suggest working on the food. We were very hungry, so have found this restaurant on our way. At first, its logo and look were horrible, we thought that it was something cheap and bad. Well, no, the restaurant was full. Despite this, the staff was nice and the food came quickly: 15min I guess. We ordered some pasta and tartare. The pasta was tasty but had no salt. Also, the cocktail “Hugo” was very strange. It had some yellow color and tasted sour. Not how “Hugo” should be. So yeah, nice staff but take care of the food and the logo should be refreshed.

My choice to rate this restaurant is complicated because in terms of food, it’s great! I have the fondue bourguignonne with the marinated meat, a real delight!! On the other hand, as far as the service is concerned, it is really mediocre! Every time I am disappointed. We are strongly encouraged to drink... The last time, we were waiting for my parents, the waitress came 4 times to ask me what we wanted to drink even though I told her that we would all order together. Another time, the waiter (very arrogant) addressed me informally as if we were herding pigs together. I think that when you pay for dishes at these prices, decent service can be possible... An effort could be made in terms of employee management.

Very nice place near the lake and the camping site. We did not have a reservation nor did other proper food. They were able to accommodate us quickly before dinner and make us a portion of french fries 🍟 for the kids. The rest had drinks. It also had an inside area that looked very nice.

The food was very good. On the other hand, the waiter (Pedro) addressed us informally and his attitude was really borderline. Fortunately, at times, we were served by other waiters who were much more friendly and responsive. After finishing the dish, we had to ask the waiter for the dessert menu several times. When the desserts finally arrived (after 35 minutes of waiting), there was an order error. The waiter half claimed that it was an error on our part in the choice of tastes. When the ice cream cups came back (after more than 15 minutes of waiting), there was another mistake but this time, we simply didn't say anything because we simply wanted to leave given the length of the wait. and the attitude of the server. It’s a real shame for the restaurant.

Disrespectful and dishonest staff! I waited 15 minutes in front of the ice cream shack, waving to the waiters, but no one came... I saw that there was a new magnum and I saw it from the glass of the freezer which acts as a counter, without thinking further I opened the freezer and took it in my hand to see if it was really the one. the... I had barely taken the ice cream in my hand when a waiter came to know about it, snatched the ice cream from my hand as if I was going to steal it and said to me arrogantly It's not self service here.. .. I explain to him that I have been waiting for a while and since he is there I take the second ice cream (for my child) Ice cream that he snatches from my hand as soon as well.... And speaks to me very badly again. I ask him if he wants to sell his ice cream or not? And then he yells at me and says GET GET AWAY!!!! I think that respect must be the basis of human values ​​and we can say anything and express ourselves while remaining polite.... I completely advise against this establishment...

The place is great, but the service is terrible. Our French server (Pedro) spoke to us automatically throughout the evening 😡. The service was also very long. The waiter's lack of know-how and tact is a sign that they have not yet understood the requirements of the customers. It's a real shame. I wouldn't go back there again because the choice of good restaurants in Neuchâtel is too great.

It is a restaurant open from spring to autumn, on the edge of the lake. It is accessible to disabled people in wheelchairs. The reception is correct. Prices are a bit high. There is the possibility of dropping people off in front of the restaurant.
