Burger really not good, more bread than anything else, poor quality meat... really not worth the price!

Having had a drink in this bistro located in Crans-Montana, I can say that I will not go there often or ever. The service is unfriendly and the music too loud and not to my taste. The atmosphere is not warm and the welcome is directed towards the customer. It's not what you come for when you want a drink. Word to the wise, hello!!!

Great place, great discovery, great welcome and service. There were 2 of us and we ate 2 burgers really well (the da mama and the traditional) and had fries with super good homemade mayonnaise and a salad. We had 2 cocktails and a dessert (the tiramisu to die for) and a girl's tea. Thank you, I will come back for sure.

Nice atmosphere - but food experience was meh… unfortunately the burger patty was not even cold but totally raw. We were expecting better from a restaurant named burger restaurant.

Discovery of Senso, a festive bar restaurant with a menu offering excellent homemade burgers, and made with taste. We also really fell in love with their entrecôte! Very friendly and welcoming staff. A little extra music with a DJ in the evening. I recommend !!

Fav place in the whole resort - we love the team, Matteo the DJ has got so much swag, food is great, negronis the best and Jacques the owner super cool. Frankly I feel like home. Service is impeccable the team is great and this is clearly superb leadership of the owner. The DJ is really cool and bring an excellent ambiance. Food is delicious burgers are juicy…. But also cocktail especially my favourite negroni…bravo !

We ate a very good beef hamburger but it is a scandal to serve a reconstituted chicken, without interest from a large distribution and overcooked fries

After reading the menu and enjoying a beer in this restaurant I was very much looking forward to coming back here the following evening. However upon reading the owners replies to some of the more critical reviews we decided not to dine here as we were concerned about how we would be treated. A clear inability to take constructive criticism on board and instead respond with rude and passive aggressive comments.

The waitress doesn't tell me that mayonnaise costs 2 francs and only tells me at the checkout. It's a shame because I thought I had found an honest corner.

Beyond basic burger - when you pay a premium for food, you expect to receive a premium meal - this was not that. On top of that you have to pay extra for fries and when they come, the portion is tiny! My partner ordered a salad which looked like it came directly out of a supermarket mixed salad bag 🤯 my mind was well and truly blown by the lack of attention to detail and cost vs quality - will not visit again!

The falafel burger was shop bought frozen falafels, which is poor at this price, especially when it doesn't include the chips with the burger. The chips were also soggy and over cooked.

A salad from a bag with hardly any dressing for CHF 19 is a bit overpriced.

we arrived around 10:10 p.m. there were no customers inside the restaurant, we ordered a hamburger, because it is a restaurant where you can eat a good hamburger. but the bread was soggy and the potatoes too greasy. What a shame because it's a restaurant that claims to be a good hamburger, but the service provided by the girls seems very nice. Laura

Evening for two in this restaurant. Very good welcome, very good decor too! Noud ordered two burgers which were super good! The fries and homemade mayonnaise make the difference! Small detail to nitpick, the aioli sauce wasn't really felt in the "kebab" burger and the fries were really salty. Regarding desserts, the chocolate cake was incredible!! Perfect cooking. The plate would have deserved a 5/5 if a small scoop of vanilla ice cream with a little decoration had been there... The taste was a delight, the visuals a little less. I recommend this establishment, 4.5/5!

We were able to enjoy an aperitif in this club on Saturday evening. The bar was busy. We first had to look around where we could even get space. The boss came towards us and kindly directed us to the bar. The staff was generally very friendly, everyone was on point and tried hard. The burger we ordered was good. The only thing we have to complain about is the fries, which were served a bit cold and the service was a bit overwhelmed that evening. That's why the order took a little longer. But we have seen that the store is doing very well and we understand that. By the way, the bartenders also do a great job 👍 so you're tempted to try out several drinks 😆 Cool atmosphere 🫶

... I'm sorry. If anyone wants to wait for friendly service, this is the right place for them. We visited Senso several times. Even if only a handful of guests visited the pretty restaurant, the guest always has to take care of the drinks. It also takes several attempts to pay. I'm not a critic of people who work. But if I walk past the table three times with the empty tray without taking the previous guests' empty glasses with me... As already mentioned by other guests, the price-performance ratio is a bit out of balance here. (Crans-Montana) seems to me to be a somewhat questionable excuse from the owner. Does the price and the amount of ice in the glass always have to be adjusted to the competitors? ... we'll still go back and give the friendly crew another chance.

One star because zero I can't do it. Reservation made on site in the morning for 8:00 p.m. we arrive at 8:00 p.m. with a child no place. Very very unfriendly waitress. Never seen before, don't go there.

Nice bar. The food was ok, but if you order a burger and salad as side dish, you'll get just green salad with dressing. I mean, no tomatoes, no cucumber, onions or anything else. Just plane green salad leaves... That's just not actabale.

very disappointed with the food we chose falafel salad and vegetarian burger with homemade fries. The fries are nothing homemade, I think they are frozen like the falafels. the salad thrown out of the bag probably better quality at coop. a big plus thanks to the smiling and pleasant employees, the place is also nice. 5* as very good atmosphere.. some absolutely brilliant 90s/2000’s music on a Saturday eve! Burgers were great after a day skiing, and lots of variety ie Foie Gras, Bone Marrow, Truffle burgers. The staff were very nice too, we sat downstairs as they couldn’t fit us in the main restaurant.

Very disappointed with this bar, on the evening of December 31 I ordered a decent sized glass of redbull vodka at the price of CHF 14.- around 11 p.m. which surprised me by recommending a glass around 12:30 a.m. , the glass had gone to CHF 20.- and its size was twice as small. When I made the comment to the waiter, the only thing he could say to me was "Welcome to Switzerland" no relation... I would like to point out that I have lived 2 minutes from this bar forever and that I am not a tourist, so her excuse was very wrong... In short, profiteers!

Way too overpriced burger restaurant/bar. The burger was not worth the price of 28.- at all! The meat from the crispy chicken burger was a cheap fried patty worse than at McD and the beef burger had no taste! In addition, the fries were soggy and the overpriced beer at 10.00 didn't make it any better.

The BEST burger! They let you choose your cheese (cheddar or raclette) and one of their homemade sauce (ketchup/mayonnaise/aioli/spicy). I ordered “Le Senso” with raclette cheese and aioli sauce with fries : amazing. 100/10 would recommend

Underwhelming burgers for a place that does only burgers. 1. We recieved our burgers Lukewarm and we were almost the only ones in the restaurant. How? 2. Price is unreal for a burger, we took 3 burgers and a salad, I paid over 100 CHF. It's a burger... I also have to point out I had to pay 5 CHF for each portion of fries. At 26 CHF the burger, how hard is it to include the fries? 3. No kids buger/meal, so my kids could not eat it all and still paid full price. Why? 4. We got 2 regular burger and I got the expensive raclette burger. Regular burgers tasted ok at best, my burger's raclette cheese had hardened. What's the point? Oh and my wife got a chicken salad and I swear the chicken was a frozen reheated generic cutlet. Looked way too perfect and tasted boring. I hate to be so negative, as this place really had potential (and is one of the only buger joints in the resort) but I felt cheated. I had a giant burger craving and was completely unerwhelmed, with a hefty bill to handle at the end. On the plus side, they have an INSANE alcohol menu, so if you want to get wasted first, the burgers are probably going to make your day.

Poor service ! No hello or anything... waited 25 minutes, left with nothing! The waiter, alone, didn't even know who he should take his order to... move on. EDIT FOLLOWING THE REPLY: Since this is not the first comment of this type, you should rather question yourself and make sure to resolve this problem of slowness rather than responding with a lack of professionalism. The waiter saw us clearly, walked past us at least ten times, my friend even greeted him. The people at the table next to us arrived 2 minutes after us, but as there were 8 of them and only 4 of us, no one calculated us... On the other hand, they had the right to the card very quickly (I specify that they were not yet served when we left...) Maybe teach your server that a table of 4 who takes several rounds is better than a table of 8 who only takes one drink ;) We have never been so ignored as in this place, so no it is not There is no understanding to be had! In short, I confirm, don't waste your time in this bar! Especially if you are a small table, apparently it's not worth it, you will be invisible to them, it doesn't make enough money!
