Super smiling staff in the morning. But there is a problem with the afternoon shift. I go regularly, they are unpleasant, don't listen to customers, never a smile. Can you alternate teams so we don't have to go through this anymore????

Completely anecdotal filling on quiches... Only a taste of cheese.

Unfortunately, there is always only one service here in the morning (which is unfortunately usually very disorganized), so there is always a long queue and often many people leave without buying anything because they have to take the train. It has happened to me many times too. Very unfortunate.

The best quality/price in the area (airport/station). Wide choice of sweet and savory snacks. Fresh, good products. Very friendly staff but not always efficient. Easy wheelchair access. Toilets nearby. Easy payment (contactless, cash, twint).

The young woman at the counter was nice. But pastries were old, dry and cold - I was told to warm them up in a microwave (!) Tables were dirty and when I asked for a cloth to clean the table, the gentleman did it himself but was not happy and refused to speak to me even though I was polite and thanked him. Better go elsewhere at the airport for fresher options and nicer staff.

I would like to thank this excellent team for the way they welcome us, today my flight was delayed and I had to wait a few hours I decided to go get something to eat and at 70 years old it is not easy to understand and speak a language that is not ours, kindly the girl at the The cashier noticed that I didn't speak the language and immediately called a lady who was in the kitchen, how happy our hearts are when we are welcomed with a smile on our face, but above all we are happier when this kind lady spoke to us in Portuguese, and we She welcomed us in a fantastic way, satisfying our needs, highlighting that the chicken sandwich she recommended for us was great. Even though the wait for our flight was long, this lady reminded us that simple gestures or kind words can really change the perspective of our day. Thank you to the entire team.

Excellent service, speed and friendliness

Frankly, I think we should report the behavior of the gentleman at the cash register/service today, Tuesday July 25 around 8 a.m. Unpleasant as I have ever seen! He even got angry at a lady in front of us. He spoke badly to his colleague, to the customers, with an angry look, annoyed to be there. Constantly blowing and grumbling, slamming doors and utensils! Amazing we've never seen that. He threw me my coffee and my croissant! If you can't resist or manage your stress, do something else! Mind-blowing.

Good place to eat something in passing. We ate a sausage sandwich, I asked them to warm it up for me, very delicious. And for dessert, a pear tart and an Oreo cookie.

The ham baguette was nothing special but the macaroon was huge and tasted great.

We just left this establishment where we were sold a hard, dry croissant and one fresh from the oven. When we asked why we had a hard croissant, the lady behind the counter said that they are always from the previous day and that croissants are always made like that, the day before to be sold the next day and she didn't change the croissant that we had. it was hard. Zero sympathy. No quality.

Great place to eat WELL. I tried soup + mushroom risotto: delicious. Thank you it's so rare these days

I usually stop here to grab a bite to eat either sitting in the spacious seating area or to go to eat in the plane. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner they have good options. The service is super friendly and efficient. Lots of airport workers also patronize this place and the staff great them very kindly. They have options for vegetarians and health conscious patrons. Middle Eastern options and a great selection of pastries. Pricey, as everywhere at the airport.

Le Snack Aeroport is a very welcoming bar. There is a wide choice of sandwiches and delicious desserts. It's a great place to take a break and eat something special. The quality/price ratio is very good.

I often go there for breakfast, no complaints. I pass for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 crisis and come across the “mask required” sign on my way home. Ok. Shock: the waitress wears the mask under her chin, serves a masked customer with a smile. So if she is asymptomatic, she spreads COVID to all the customers via the food and drinks she serves. While requiring customers to be masked. Anything. I left again.

I love this place, as soon as I go to the airport I go there for a drink. Healthy alternatives, gluten-free, green juices and personally I have always had adorable waitresses!

It's one of the worst places to drink coffee or worse to eat, not to mention the prices. Sandwich of the day, I breads was if there are three.. the staff is rude the tables not cleaned. However, “Les Binnes Choses” produces quality products elsewhere. Too bad.

Convenience food store for quick bites at airport train station. Pastries, bottle water, coffee and tea. Lots of tables and comfortable seats.

I just bought a coffee with a pain au chocolat to take away. I get on the train and my pain au chocolat has turned into a croissant...but I don't know about the price. The waitress is nice..

Sandwich at 9.- for a rubber bread. Water at 5.- to make the sandwich less rubbery. I do not recommend at all!

I asked for a normal croissant. When I take it out of the bag, I notice that it is stuffed with meat. They refuse to make an exchange or refund. Besides, they don't have normal croissants. It's their mistake: I didn't get what I ordered; they are required to repair it. For customer satisfaction it's a zero point, not even a star, but I still had to give one to make a comment.
